I received a call from 870-119-9485 I did not answer. ? Does anybody know what this is!!

Harassment phone calls from 642 119-4102 at the rate of half a dozen or more a day, offering federal stimulus money to reduce my credit card dept.

I have no business or personal relationship with this scum and would like the calls to stop.

We all need to press "1" as suggested and then BLOW A REALLY LOUD WHISTLE IN THEIR EAR, when we get a live person.  I think it's worth a try!

We, also receive about 4 to 6 of these calls every week.  I have reported each one to the Do Not Call Registry, but the numbers they are calling from are different every time.  Over the past month I have logged about 40 different numbers with all different "ID"'s.  They are all scam calls, and the criminals are all winning.  I really don't think there is anything we can do about this stuff anymore.  There are more of them than there are of those of us who are trying to live our lives, pay our bills, and take care of our families.  I mean, look at Washington, D.C. and the mess our Congress as made of OUR country.  Perhaps if we did all press "1" everytime like one post suggested, AND BLOW A REALLY LOUD WHISTLE IN THEIR EAR, this may give them pause?  I'm game!

once i see the number, i pick it up and hold down 0----it hangs up rather fast!

I too received a call from this number on 06/21/11.  White Pages Reverse Lookup can't find the number so I became suspicious.  I had some kind of a credit card message on my phone that I disregarded and erased earlier, so I feel certain it came from this strange number

I got a call from this number, numerous times.  I hang up as soon as I hear it is about a credit card.

I've received to automated calls from this number within the past week.

They are like cockroaches. I, too, suggest a whistle in their ear, but I never get a LIVE cockroach. It's always a message or nothing. It's like the twilight zone. If we can't get them, Karma will.  That is their extermination. That is our eventual revenge.

These folks keep calling and when you ask to be removed from their call list they hang up and we can not call back because it is a fraud number.

This organization calls me several times a week.Today 7/9/11 they called at 1:27 PM as usual if I ask a questuin they hang up.We are on the do not call registry but it does not help. Please accept my complaint. Is there anything else that I can do?

I call this call as well. "final notice to take advantage of the financial stimulus." thats what was on my answering machine. Ok........ What Stimulus??!!??

I just reported this number to the Do Not Call Registry. Is this call really from New Zealand?

I also have been receiving phone calls from this number stating the same thing about lowering my interest rate.  When I pressed 1 a woman came on and I told her not to never call here again, she hung up on me but today I have received another call from the same people.  I have reg istered this number with the Do Not Call Registry and hope it will stop soon.

got an automated call about lowering interest rates. The message didn't have an option to be removed from list. Pressed 1 to talk to someone. I politely told her that and she promptly hung up on me. We are registered on the do not call list. Will file complaint

I received a call from this number on my caller id. I did not answer the call because I didn't recognize the number. The message they left said that this was my final notice to take advantage of the federal stimulus money to help pay off my credit cards before my next billing cycle.aqnd change the terms and conditions of my credit card. The top of this page claims this ? 642 is an invalid area code then how in tarnation do they have the unmitigated ability to call?
Clearly something in the calling system allows this stupid nonsense time and again!
What a farce the phone companies are, we pay for caller ID's & yet they don't show the full number, we're on do not call lists and they do little to stop these daily recorded calls !

642 is the displayed country access code because caller ID's only show the 10 digit or 11 digit number your not getting the full number that they are calling from

Received a call form this number at 6 PM, during dinner.  Funny, the pre-recorded tape had gone hay-wire, and was speeding through the garbled message at a 200 RPMs.  The pre-recorded voice message sounded like a Disney character on helium.

PS / we're on the National Do Not Call List..... but that hasn't stopped any of these jerks from calling - especially at dinner time.  We report them all.  WHEN IS THE GOVERNMENT GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE VIOLATIONS?????? !!!!!

I get these calls every week or so and I am also on all DO NOT CALL lists!!!  I recieved a call again on 6/27 saying, "This is your second and final chance to renew your credit card interest before the next billing cycle! Press 1 now to learn about the terms and conditions. Again, press 1 now, as it relates to the financial stimulus." My caller ID said, "Name Not Found".  I have not pressed 1 yet & will not in the future.  IT IS A SCAM- don't bother to waste your time answering it.
Better yet, get caller ID if you don't have it to avoid all unnecessary interruptions.  If it is important, if they want to speak to me and if it is someone I know....THEY WILL LEAVE ME A MESSAGE!!!!!!

Have received roughly a call per week from this number.   Their taped message refers to them as a  "credit card service to help lower your credit card interest rate".  When you press to speak with a customer care representative,  the alleged  CCR is reluctant to provide any information as to complete name of company,  physical location and call back number.

I have been on the do not call list for several years and received a telemarketing call from this number.

Also received a call tody while I was outside from the 320 area code. St Cloud. Tentmakers. Evidentkly,a religious organization. GO AWAY--ALL OF YOU !  AAAGH !
