Claimed to be from Norton Security wanting our computer turned on to help avoid an Internet attack. Foreign accent.

I got a call from 646-205-1999 advising me that they were calling from Norton security and that someone was trying to hack into my computer.  He asked me if I was near my computer and he would walk me through some steps to resolve the issue.

I told him that I'd call him back and asked him for his name and phone number:

I called Norton Security and confirmed that this is not there phone number.
