Calling my house

I got a call from someone saying they were Eric miller from 605-205-2380 saying he was from the us justice department and I owed a paydaynloan that I have never got! Said I'm going to get court papers would not give any other info. Scam!!!

The man called saying that he was going to serve me to go to court tomorrow morning unless I  paid him the money owed. I asked for the name of his company which he would not give me, then asked for the name of the company he was going to sue me for. His accent was so heavy that i could not make the majority of what he said. But these people call as early as 7 am and call continousily one call after another for hour straight. I have told them about the fair debt act of collections that states time frames for calling, all they tellme is it does not apply to them who is my attorney.I have aslo requested for these people to stop calling me, my employer or friends

This number called twice. one right after the other.  Left a voice message.  Could not understand what he said, the accent was so thick.  If they call again I will put a block on the call.

they say there callin for my father and about to persue legal proceedings, i cant understand anything the guy says, jus calls with a terrible accent

Keep doing what you're doing. Change your bank account and put your SS# on alert for fraud. If they refuse to send you paperwork or tell you they dont have to until you pay, its a scam (which you obviously seem to know). Tell them you want proof or they can f-off.


You might also want to buy a whistle or blow horn to keep by the phone. When you see their number, answer and wait for a real person. When they start to talk, blast them with either one. If they havent hung up on you, wait until they start talking again and blast them again. Keep doing it until they get the point.

I told them to mail me physical paperwork or leave me alone.  They say it's from an internet payday loan I got when I was UNEMPLOYED!  They have my soc and my bank # tho.  No one can sue you without physical paperwork.  Told them to leave me alone.  Said they are a law firm... sounds like an Indian guy.

This john black person has been calling all of my family membesr threatening law action against me and calling my place of employment this is nothing but harrassment. I work hard pay my bills an do not need this kind of embrassment!

I have been getting these phone calls and at work telling me I am going to be sued and that this is the justice dept. asking for my lawyer. now the calls are getting more freg and threatening.

yup they just keep calling and calling someone has to stop these calls.. getting really silly.. and they called my friends to.. get a life u peeps.. we dont need your calls.. cause we know who u r.. u scamers.. we didnt just come over on the boat.. john black is the caller..

Yes, they have been calling my friends to asking for me. what the heck. i just ignored them and told friends not to answer them. i use to get these calls 2yrs ago heheh.. huge scam
