This is "Listia" Verification, Listia is like e-bay.  To verify the phone number they give you a code on the computer then you put it in your phone. If you didn't ask to be verified, someone else must have put in your phone number either by mistake or as a prank.

LocalEze.com will call you from this number to verify a listing on their site. You must initiate the call. I don't believe they just call people out of the blue, as it is an automated process in which they give you a PIN # to enter into the form on their site for verification purposes.

Did you sign up for anything online? They call to verify you are the person registering, and ask you to enter the PIN you received.

It was Listia automated service that called me from that same number.  A points instead of cash type ebay auction as far as I can tell.

Always getting calls from this number, they never answer, and I didn't know the number, so I don't answer anymore.

Someone called me at 12:35AM from this number. I didn't pick up & they didn't leave a message.

they keep calling, never seem to give up.  i never answer calls from strange numbers.  had a friend who did believing they were techincal support from windows and totally screwed up his computer which he promptly destroyed and bought a new one after they had accessed all his files and info.

Listia verification of a phone number process. Someones probably entered your number wrong if you are not signed up with them.
