This is not a scam it is a real government agency through the Federal Reserve Bank in New York. After you sent the 500 dollar security deposit you do receive your grant check directly to your bank account i am living proof so if you missed out on your check because of the security deposit you sure missed out.

This number is behind a scam.  The man says his name is Richard Lee and that he works for the US Treasury.  Even when you get his answering machine, it says that he works there.  However that is not the case.  He and his fellow scammers ask people for money in order to release a $8900 grant check from the government.  Then a women supposedly from the US Bank of New York calls for more money. she calls from 646-217-4809.  Beware!!!!!
