I have not answered the call, but I receive it almost once a day at random times.  How do we make it stop!?!?

Is very annoying. calling all hours of the day, using a recording.

Wow, I keep getting calls from this number for a Mr. and Mrs. Johnson.  Generic name they use just to talk to you. Nothing at all close to my name.  The fifth call I answered, when I told her she had the wrong number she said "Oh, I'm sorry.  But say cheese for me one time." Before I could ask what the heck she was talking about she said "Cheese!" and hung up on me.  Seriously, people have nothing better to do?

Same experience as all the others who have reported this.  Said my pharmacy told them I was spending over $40 per month on copays for prescriptions.  I said I can't believe my pharmacy would give you that information because they are bound by HIPAA privacy laws.  I asked which pharmacy gave them that information and she hung up on me.  I reported it to the phone company and to my pharmacy.  No answer when you call the number back sometimes, and other times it says disconnected.  No information on who it belongs to.  Caller ID just says "New York."

This is definitely a scam!  Report it to your pharmacy and to your phone company!

Oh, and they tried the old "we sent you a form" trick, too.  I never got a form, and in the first call, every time I asked her to send me some info-she talked around it.

These folks called me a lot, and finally answered last month.  As soon as I told them that I was on the Do Not Call Registry, she hung up.  Just now, when I informed (another woman) the same, she told me it was a referral service, as if my pharmacist referred me (they do not; no pharmacist worth his license would do any such thing.  I'm not 100% about that, but I'm sure it's a good guess).

Yeah, I got the same phone call and have been getting it for days on end, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening.  Finally picked the phone up a few minutes ago after I'd researched what others had gotten from this number.
After listening to a recording repeat "Please hold for an important message; an agent will be with you shortly," for a couple minutes, a woman finally picked up the phone and asked to speak to Mr. or Mrs. Jones.  When I answered with "Yeah, this is Zach," she took a minute to say "Okay, we are calling from A+ Health Solutions as a follow up to our enrollment form that we sent out about a month ago.  This is a routine follow up and we just need to verify some information."  I responded with, "Okay, but I never got anything in the mail about this."  She said they had sent it out to an address that I haven't lived in for four years and when I told her that wasn't my address, she hung up.
Tried calling back to speak with someone and the phone rang for two minutes until going to a busy signal.  The woman wasn't rude at all until the abrupt end to the phone call.
It also sounded like she was in the car when she was making the phone call.  Tons of white noise in the background, doesn't sound like a prestigious health insurance office setting to me.
Most definitely a scam.  Probably just snag your credit card info and spend the hell out of it.

I am not even getting a recording. Just dead silence when I answer the phone. When I return the call, it rings for 2 minutes 3 sec, then hangups. Called back right after and the number is no longer in service. I cannot even get a person.  hahaha  I drive a semi-truck with unlimited minutes, I think I will keep calling. 8)

The number you have dialed has been changed due to tech difficulties.  wtf.

I got about 10 calls from thsi number march 1 to march 11 . One time I answered and the person was asking me the last name . When I ask what is for, he hang up!

I have received this for two days now - female asked for me by name but because the line disconnected when I asked who was calling. I tried to call it back but I receive an answering machine (very obvious poorly recorded from the real deal) that the number has been disconnected or changed. FCC doesn't care. It's been reported.

Same deal as Carl. I got called twice and as soon as i start questioning the rep, she hangs up.

Very tired of these calls!  Just called twice today alone.  When I told them to take me off of their list and to never call again, the caller just hangs up.  *69 doesn't work.  The phone line just continues to ring then switches to a recording that the number has been changed.  On my caller ID, the number indicates it is originating from New York, NY.  However, when trying to track it there is no listing anywhere for this number.  I thought the caller has been announcing themselves as from AP Home Solutions.

Like Chris, I received the call, but I NEVER got anything in the mail. The rep told me he was from A+ Health Solutions as well. He couldn't tell me the name of the person the package was sent to. He only knew the first initial and the last name. Sounds like a scam to me.

They called several times and the 1st time I answered, there was nothing but silence. On the 5th call, I picked up and spoke to a young man who said he was calling from A+ Health Solutions. Said it was a health insurance supplement company to which I've been referred by either my pharmacist, health care provider or health insurance. Said they had sent an enrollment form and, like ct above, was reaching out 'cause I hadn't returned it. They're supposedly a supplement that offers discounts on the remaining costs of prescriptions and copays. Anyway, the rep was very respectful and didn't harass me. Hopefully, they'll stop calling now. Don't know if it's legit or not, sounds great if they are. But it's a little suspicious to me that they don't have a website, said they're referral-based only but even referral-based companies have websites...I mean it's 2010....

called the number again.  this time no disconnected message so i'm letting it ring and ring until i get on their nerves and they hang up.  then i'll call some more. what the heck i have unlimited minutes so it won't bother me any :)

They keep calling and hanging up.  When I call the number back it just rings.

The first time it was some dirt bag that called and asked for me and/or my wife by last name, laughed, asked again and hung up after I acknowledged the caller.  The second time it was a recording that repeated the instruction to please hold for an important message and an agent would be with me shortly.  Both times, and I'm pretty sure it was the same number for the second time in 2 weeks, I hung up, called back and the number was disconnected or no longer in service.

I keep my name and number at a low profile - and have some silly kin folks - so it may be about time to completely sever some ties.

HINT: DO NOT answer and DO NOT allow your answering machine to answer when telemarketers call. They will quickly stop calling if you just let it ring and ring. They called yesterday and today but answering machine answered and they hung up. Now that I know a new a__hole company has started calling, I turned the machine off and will leave it off until calls from this number stop, probably in a few days.

Try it people, it works and you waste their time instead of the other way around

RING RING dead silence. RING RING RING more dead silence. I return the call "This number is no longer in service or cannot be dailed from this phone." WTF

Telemarketers.  I answered, they hung up.  I'm on a no call list.  Doesn't seem to help since they ask for me by name. Sounded like they said Computer Solutions, but I couldn't be sure.

Asked for my wife, when I said she wasn't home they hung up.

i recieved 4 calls from this number within an hour and i was at work so didnt answer them. when i called the number back i recieved a recording saying the number is not in service and due to technical difficulties could not provide any other information and there was no charge for this call. it sounded distant like a home recording and definately not what it sounds like when you call a number that is really not in service..

I received a phone call from this same number/company.  When I answered, I was given the same line about Health Insurance supplement.  I work for a hospital and have no need for any supplementary service.  I also know that the doctors do not refer anyone to this type of service.

When I stated that I had no idea what he was talking about, he immediately hung up.  I tried to call back and go the same fake sounding recording.  

I immediately contatcted the FTC and filed a complaint.  More people need to do this.

Had these rude people call me last week and I told them to take me off their list. Man was very rude and kept trying to talk over me. When I explained that I've done my research on them and am not interested in telemarketer calls he got even ruder. I once again told him to take my name off the list and hung up. He actually had the stones to call me back and ask "if we had been disconnected". I threatened him that I would contact the FTC if he did not take my name off and hung up again! I just received another call today which I missed.

I know if I call a diconnected number there is no hollow sound, and they repeat the number you dialed., this message didn't.

Call similar to Chris, but while "polite" assured me he wasn't a telemarketer, but couldn't verify where he got my information from. He's just trying to help with out-of-pocket medical expenses. Balogney. When I told him to remove me from his list, he proceded to ask, what my problem was. Its a racket. He had an old address and my cell number...doesn't sound like the info my physician would give them?!!!
