When I answered the phone a recorded message announced that "this is your final notice for lower interest rates on your current account" and then said to press 1 to speak to someone.  I did.  An operator answered with "Do you have more than $3,000 in credit card debt?"  I responded with, "I don't know who you are but I want you to stop calling me."  The person hung up right after "I don't know who you are."  When I called back the number, a prerecorded message informed me that this number is either disconnected or not in service.  The Caller ID simply said "New York Call."

Received a phone call from this number.  Shows up on caller id as XSPA Services.  When I called it back, the phone # was not in service.
