They called me and mentioned Mesquite unfortunate children.  Wanted me to pay $40 to send kids to a movie.  Told them I can't and the smart aleck woman said I can see that you really care about unfortunate kids and hung up.  I tried to redial and got a fast busy.  Wish they could be reported and shut down.

It's a scam for information about you!! Do not give them anything!! Block the number(s) from your phones and report them!!  Other numbers they use are 972-253-6040 and 972-253-5102 with the ID as Irving, Texas!!
Teller-marketers/Scammers!! They have use these for years, just check all the 800 notes inputs!!

These numbers call and hang up when I answer.  I get about 1 call per evening around 7:00 pm.

I, too, have had the same experience as all the others.  I finally blocked the number on my phone.  Peace at last!

I kee getting calls and they never leave a message. Each day the Caller ID says Irving, TX, but no other information. Again and again and again and again and again and again and  O_O

Caller ID says UNKNOWN NAME.  This same ID shows up for many different numbers.  The call at least once a day.  Some services sell lists of numbers that people will answer, maybe that's what's going on.  The only way to reduce these calls is to cancel you wired phone service and just use your cell phone.  That gets a lot less telemarketers.

I get a phone call every other day it seems like from 972-253-5102/3302/4402 over the past couple of weeks. They don't call at the same time each time its different. I don't pick it up and no message is left. On my caller id, the name is blank but the number shows. I am sick of getting random calls from this number.

I get calls frequently from 972-253-3204, 972-254-3701, 972-253-4103, 972-253-5102, 972-253-4801, and 817-385-6854. If I answer, I hear a couple of clicks and then nothing. If I call back and it picks up, I hear nothing or I get a busy signal. Every day the same thing, but the number changes frequently. It's becoming a daily hassle to report these calls! What else can you do?

and yet another call...even though they already talked with me yesterday and I said "no thank you - we give at church". Why call and hang up? What is wrong with these people. There has got to be a way to stop this. I am going to pursue blocking this phone #.

They called again and it was the Carrollton Aliance something...looking for donations to send less fortunate children to the movies. I was unable to et any additional information from the caller.

same thing here...calls 2 x per week and hangs up. ID says "Community Event"..I call back and it's busy...maybe I need to try late at night. This is getting old.

Central Ticketing on caller ID

Called 2x this week. Hangs up. This time, I didn't hang up on my end. I left the phone line open. I heard the caller hang up several times to clear the line. :)

Same as all the other complaints.  Has called 3x this week and hung up as soon as I answer.  I have also tried to call back and they hang uo as soon as I answer.
