calls repeatedly with dead air so I hang up

Received a call from this number - dead air and I had to say hello a few times. A man with a thick accent asked for "Patty". No Patty here. I told him he had the wrong number and he hung up.

I received a call today asking for me by name. When I called this number back it said the number was changed. Interesting so I called the number it gave and it turned out to be a credit card processing company.......Strange. I reached someone and they were very nice and explained what happened. He said the People the call said it was from was a CPA office that occupied the building too and maybe the lines got crossed.....kind of strange but he was very nice and removed my businesses phone number.

Get this call at least once a week, usually they won't start talking in the first second or so and they'll get the click.
