Got a call from these crooks, called back after searching the number and found that this was a scam. I called them back and the guy daniel claimed to be a attorny. I let him go on for a min before i blew up on them and they said may god help me. they said they were trying to collect 9,000 or something like that. they did have my SS=(

Got a call for these same people telling me that I had committed bank fraud and that I had one hour to give them $380 or they were going to fill a court case against me... They did also have my SSN it is to scary....

guy named John McLain, claiming he was an officer left me a message saying they were filling a court case against me and if I don't return his call not even god could help me.
I saved the voice mail and they called me at work.

Guy called me today and was so sweet at first called me honey and says can you get a pen and paper and write down your case number? I tried asking him what his name was and why he was calling and what is address was. Very clear through his foriegn accent he says officer frank watson or something like that. and he is from..muffle...muffle...investigation...nyc. I said excuse me.. he repeats himself including all the muffles. He said I commited bank fraud against my ss# and that I would be arrested in 24 hours. He would not answer any of my questions..and then hung up on me.
I called my father who is an attorney and asked him to please call this guy back. Well he did and as soon as he told them he was my attorney the guy hung up. My father called back again and of course no one would answer the phone. He called back a third time a couple of hours later and as soon as he told the guy on the phone that he was an attorney he was placed on hold with some aewful music.
Please do not give these guys any information. They are trying to scam money on poor unsuspecting people.

Man with arab accent leaving messages on my voice mail claiming to be a police detective in New York. Says I have been named in an ivestigation and that me or my lawyer need to call regarding my SSN. He has called me at work as well. I was not at work at the time. I decided to look him up and found a similar complaint to mine for this same phone number.

My call comes up unavailable but got calls just like these ones the guy saying he was officer Mark Nicholas and from FCI and I owed money for something that i checked had never been through my bank...said if i didnt pay i would be jailed and ect. I was to call him back at this number though 646-502-6812 so beware of this number as well!

I received several calls today asking about my sister.  They said they were from BMG Financial.  They had her social and I was obviously listed as an emergency contact on some form. He said that if I don't tell my sister to call him back then she will have jail time.  Said he was officer Mark Nicholas, then a guy named John (something or another) called me back.  He apparently is the chief investigator.

I received a phone call from Steve Thompson from this name phone number.  I had a missed call on my cell phone.  A number a did not recognize.  So I checked it online and saw your note.  I was prepared when I returned the call.  I let him give his intro and then I couldn't help but laugh out loud.  First of all, he said his name is Steve Thompson, but he had a heavy Indian accent.  I continued to laugh which angered him.  I told him I knew it was a scam and not to ever call my number again.  I am filing a report with my police dept. here in town and also will try to find out where they are located and file a police report there.  I think everyone that receives this call should report it.

A man by the name of ron collins called and has left 2 messages he states that he is an investigator and there is a criminal suit against my brother. " he says that if I don't call him back only God Can help me and my brother out of this "

I really want to talk to this guy so I can record him and turn it over to the authorities.

He says the last 4 numbers which he had mixed up.+f course he tells me all he has to do is tell me of this matter and that I will be arrested in 24 hours.Ikeep trying to ask him questions and he hangs up. I know what he is doing is illegal. He won't even tell me the company he is calling for. I ask him to fax me any info he has and again he just makes threats.
I would not give him any info. What they r doing is illegal. No one is going to arrest u for not paying a bill!!

The first time I received a call from this person was at work and he told one of my co-worker he was a police officer.  When my co-worker was unable to find me he was transferred to my voice mail but didn't leave a message.  He did leave a message on my home phone which he in fact threaten me with jail time and also stated that my job would be in jeopardy also.  I saved the message and am considering going to the police with it to file harassment charges.  He then finally reached me and immediately tried to confirm my ss# which I told him I would not confirm that information over the phone and if a person was suing me they would already have that information and would not try to confirm it at my place of employment. I also told him that police dont get involved in that kind of nonsense.   He said he had a law suit so I told him to mail it.  He stated he was a police officer again and I asked him what percent he worked in and he hung up. I noticed that he was unwilling to answer any questions about his self and all he wanted me to do was confirm my information which was incorrect.  This is a scam beware!!

I have gotten the same call it ranges in area where he is calling from cali. to new jersy I even called the local police dept. due to he had my ss # and all checking acct info .... check your credit report is all you can do..... make a police report and if they use your info for anything you can have it tracked

Did you find out anything they have called me also and will not tell me the company they are trying to collect money for? They told me if I didn't get a payment to them I would be put in jail!!!!
