Man with thick Indian accent has called me numerous times since 12/2011 claiming ti be from a certain law group or with the financial crimes investigation. Threatening me with arrests and he will have me fired and ruin my life. Claiming there are 3 charges against my name and social but will not give me verificattion in writing!!!

Keep getting calls from this number attempting to collect $425 for allegedly 3 charges against my social ...same man w/ thick Indian accent. Calls all times of day demading money saying I will be arrested and he will call my boss to have me fired!!!

One of our employees just received the same "professional" call and treatment from someone with a mid-eastern accent identifying himself as the previously mentioned "Jack McKenzie" - a true gentleman from Ireland.  He made the same threats to him - that's right - threats!  Any bill collector knows better and any company that would hire a bill collector with this kind of work ethic would be seeing law suits.  Here's the rub - this employee just started working here after being unemployeed for a while (as many are) and landed this job through the State Employment Service.  My employee doesn't have a home phone, only a cell.  "Jack" called my business asking for him to call back.  "Jack" also knew the empoyee's last-four, where he lived and where he worked and the work phone number.  Did "Jack" get this information from the state unemployment office?  Is someone in the North Carolina Employment Security Commission selling this information to scam the recently down-and-out?  I would guess that there may be some that (not that I approve) have taken a "payday loan"just to buy food for the family  and not paid it back.  Is "Jack" taking potshots at the unemployement/recently employed records in hopes to find a guilty mind? Hmmmmmm....

Today I received a call from William Black 646-328-2052 and told me he was going to have the police come to my home. He was going to call my place of employment.  I told him that I  was going to give the police dept the recording of his voice mail, I will file a  complaint against him.  I also mention that using intimidation on the phone that I know he is a scam artist.  For everyone attention this telephone number 646-328-2052 belongs to a cleaning company in Brooklyn New York.  If you or anyone else receives a call from this telephone number, tell the police.  If he mentions any personal information about you, such as social security number, home address, place of business check your credit reports as well. Look to see if there is any activity that should not be going on.  You can also call your telephone provider and have the telephone number block from your telephone.

Received call from a neil McKenzie.  Same song and dance as the rest of you.  I told the man my attorney would be contacting him, he starting screaming at me.  LOL not real professionals!

I received a call today at work today. He said his name was Frank Martin and that I needed to listen to him or cops would show up in 24 hours to arrest me. I then demanded to know what company he was with and he would only tell me he is with the Financial Crimes Investigation Dept. I then kept asking him questions and advised him if they wanted money I would not pay them anything for something I did not do and this is a scam. I then demanded something in writing mailed to my house and he told me he could not do that right now. He then told me to drop my attitude and listen to him for 5 minutes. I told him to go fly a kite. He then proceeded to call my place of employment and the owner started to question why he was calling me. After 5 minutes of being on the phone the owner told him to send the police. After this Frank Martin hung up on my boss. I then called my attorney who says they have called him before in the past demanding money from him. LOL! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

I got a phone call me a "Jack" and a "James" today saying I owed $300.. "Jack" was hollering at me and hung up on me.. called back again saying the cops will be at my door if I didn't send the money to them. I have NEVER even borrowed from a payday loan....

I keep getting calls from this number claiming that they are cops and there coming to my house and he seems to have my address but when i ask for there badge id they hang up! What can i do???

I received a call from this company threatening me. When my husband called them asking for their Business ID to verify them through better business bureu they told him his wife was a s**t and they had phone sex with her while he was working and she owed them money.

One of my employees received a call at the office today from phone number 646-328-2052 and spoke to an Officer Jack Austin and Officer Justin Russo who said they were with the Federal Crime Investigation dept. When the employee asked which company they worked for - they said that they were with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  She said "You are the FBI?"  with that he hung up.   Researched the names on-line and it appears they have been doing this scam in various states.

YEAH HE CALLED ME AGAIN TODAY AND THREATEND JAIL AND PROSECUTION DOES HE NOT RELIZE IF SOMEONE WAS IN THIS KIND OF TROUBLE WE WOULD KNOW ABOUT IT BEFORE HE CALLED. AND WHAT KIND OF REAL BUISNESS MAN THREATENS PEOPLE ON THE PHONE

yeah this is happening to me too right now. i just called my local police department. this guy said his name was jeff williams. with this number 646 328 2052 .

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME A MAN CALLING HIMSELF JIM ANISTIEN SAYS HE IS WITH THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATORS THAT HE WOULD ADVISE ME TO CALLHIM BACK OR GET AN ATTORNEY WHEN I LOOKED UP THE NUMBER IT SAYS ITS TO SOME CLEANING SERVICE IN NEW YORK AND WHEN U CALL IT BACK U GET A VOICE MAIL THAT SAYS NO ONES IN AT THE TIME. THIS IS THE SECOND WEIRD CALL TODAY.
