These calls are absolutley fasle and a complete scam! all foreign accents and very very rude when asked to give information. I applied for a pay day loan and now have been getting these types of phone calls constantly! Do not answer just hang up! they will be persistent. When I claimed I was my attorney she immediatley hung up on me. Dont fall for it! She claimed she was from the Financial Crime Investigation Unit........another false company that doesnt' exist.

I started getting calls from these people about a month ago. You can't understand what these people say. The scam is they say I borrowed $900 from they and if I don't repay they will "put me behind the bars". After listening to their ridiculous messages I finally spoke with one of them and I asked them to send me a ref # for the case that they filed. I asked them where their offices were located so I could come down and speak with them. They just kept saying that I need to send them the money. The number that shows up when they call is 286-0011. When you call that number back it's disconnected. These people are really stupid if they think this scam is going to work. I've reported it but unfortunately their is no way to track these people down. So hopefully they come to the conclusion that I'm not going to fall for it and stop calling.

Yup.. Same thing. I just got an email after several phone calls from them. I refuse to answer their call so they emailed me. A "Gentel Reminder" first of all.. they spelled Gentle wrong so right there I laughed. I just called them back at 408-663-9405 and told them to stop bothering me with this scam and they hung up on me. I doubt that is the end of it but I am glad to see I am not the only one being "sued"

Same thing has happened to me.  They used a 646-216-1403 and a 408-663-9405 number.  Same scam.  Saying I owe 950 dollars and they needed my bank info with my id faxed over to 206-339-0255. The email address is also faxes.acccorp@gmail.com.  Couldn't speak a lick of english yet his name was Shawn Michael.  He also harrassed me at my job and my home.  Don't fall for it.  They'll use all the scare tatics they can.

This  person called and stated that they were from the atthorney general's office. They called my Job and now I am really angry. They treatened that I would be in trouble. The English was terrible and the left a voice mail on my work phone. I would like this reported but I do not know how to call

I started getting phone calls from a guy last week that spoke horrible English. He said I took out a loan on 3-15-2010 from ezcash.usa, didn't re-pay the loan, and took off with their money. He had left previous phone messages stating he was from the District Attorney office and that I would be arrested and put in jail for up to 2 years if I didn't give him my 'plastic' card information, which of course I didn't. While talking to him, I said I couldn't understand his English, which made him furious. He verified my e-mail address and said he was sending me Settlement Documents that I needed to sign and return within 5 minutes. It's a joke and a scam! The documents mentioned nothing at all about a loan re-payment and they asked me to not only send them my 'plastic' card information, but a photo ID as well. The e-mail address they used was faxes.acccorp@gmail.com. I reported this fraud to CFR2008A@ConsumerFraudReporting.org, as well as sent a scam report to gmail. His latest call was just this morning when he left a message saying I would be arrested tomorrow.

These people will not stop. I had my number changed and now they call my references saying that they had to pay them 2000.00. I actually had my dad play it off and they gave an address and go figure said his name was "Jack Dawson." The address they gave was 147 Shamwood plaza, rialto, CA 92377. I did some research and could not find anything for this address but I have reported it to the fbi. I regret ever applying for a payday loan and now I am out for revenge.  Play it and try to get all info you can and turn it in!!!!

For at least the last four years, possibly longer, a group has been calling former payday loan applicants advising them that they have defrauded a bank and are now being sued for non-payment of a loan.  The callers will claim to be calling on behalf of an attorney's office (name varies), the Dept. of Law and Investigation, ACS, or other similar combinations below:

A man keeps calling my work and will not give up, he will call 15 times a day.  He asked for my last four digits of my social security number.  I cannot understand what he is saying due to his accent.  I feel like this is a scam.  I think it originated from Pay Day Loans (big mistake).  I am up to date on payments so I do not know what he is calling for.

They have been calling my work stating I owe them money from a payday loan.  Total fraud and a scam.

I received 13 voice mail messages from them in one day and they called my cell phone.  SCAMMERS. Harrassing calls.

Said my son owed someone $. They wanted my "plastic" #'s and would accept $900 to settle it. Told them no. Send me the legal paperwork proving it. They said they would email me it...they did..not legal at all and still not stating to whom money owed. Said they worked for the US government and mentioned FDIC...very thick indian accent. and rude! About an hr after receiving email, 2-3 more times they called the house. Did not answer. Message was very hard to understand.
This is a total scam. My son is a teenager and couldn't possibly have signed or borrowed money. Told them I would wait for police to come and get him first before I gave them a dime. They are persistent! Even put his "supervisor" on.....he spoke better english....he's the one who emailed me the "settlment document"....oh please!..SCAM!!!!
