Have been getting calls since ordering a trial of Acai Berry and Purity12.  Also getting mysterious calls from a Massachusettes based phone line.  Never leave messages though.  Not sure if they're connected

I called ordered this seen the charge and cancelled within 5 min however it was still charged to my account and then refunded. pkg came I returned unopened and then the charge showed up again and then my bank account bounced all over and they requested my bank statements and said they would help with some of the costs if they were the cause. I called 2 months later and told they don't do that then i asked for a super and there just so happens they don't have one on staff.  I hang up call back and the guy I talked to short and to the point puts me on hold and "talks to his super" and I can't, I can't even get information for a supervisor.

Tried the FREE sample gimmick too.  Apparently the only way to sell their product is to be dishonest, operate without integrity and scam people into using their product.  I was charged $79.95.  When I called the number, I was referred to a 900-622-8000, just what I need, to continue to pay to get this resolved.

I signed up for a trial product for teeth whitening and apparently the fine print in the trial agreement signs you up for a program that auto-charges your credit card. VERY VERY DISHONEST in my opinion. Pardon the pun but now it's like PULLING TEETH to get this stopped. I responded to an Ad on MSN that made this look &  sound like it was some sort of tip that can save you money. I catgorize this as a SCAM I'll never trust MSN related "tips" again.

Well, being the senior citizen that I am, yes, I got scammed as well.  I just opened my bank statement and realized they charged me on 8/4, $58.76 for a product that I haven't received yet.  Max, customer service, cancelled the order for me, and put in reimbursement for my charge.  Of course, only after I told them I would file a dispute with my credit card holder.  They answered the phone right away, and seemed to resolve the problem within a few minutes.  Of course, all I have to do now is wait to see if they indeed, really refund my charge.  They also provided me with a cancellation notice, and a refund authorization number to send back the product as soon as I receive it.  Hopefully, the issue has been resolved so I cannot complain about the service - AT LEAST YET.

This number is listed on my bank statement where Teeth white has charged my account for 58.76.  I ordered the free sample and when they called to verify and said they would send something and I could cancel it the first 30 day. I told them I did not want them to send anything. Told the man 3 times NO NO NO I do not want you to send anything other than the free sample. Now I find a charge on my checking account.

I have received calls from this number 4 or 5 times a day since ordering and cancelling my Acaiburn order. They also automatically enrolled me for Insider's Tips and Comprehensive. I had to cancel those as well. I also cancelled my credit card just in case they wanted to charge me for something. This is the biggest scam I have ever witnessed in my life. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

I did order this FREE trial offer to pay only postage...Im getting calls from this # and they tell me to hold that my business is important to them....
I hold thru a couple of these msg.s (om my cell phone) where I have to hold for who knows what and for how long..  Leading me to Google this 8779892350 Number, only to find I have been scammed.  Thanks to all the above that have gone before me, I can return it.  Jokes on them, I don't have a credit card...only a prepaid green dot card, which has $4.00 left on it!!!

Apparently nobody is filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Canada as when I looked it up online it said it received 0 complaints! I have seen so many complaints on different websites like this one and many are from Canadians who were scammed too, so why hasn't anyone complained about them????? I will be sending a complaint! Don't let these bastards stay in business, making money off of victims!!!

I have gotten calls from this number as well as one based out of Los Angeles since ordering Acai Berry as well....is there any way you can block the calls??? When I call this number back, I get a busy signal.

Wow, I wish I would have seen this before I ordered.  I didn't answer the call and googled the number to get here.  They verified my info including e-mail but couldn't send me the return instructions via e-mail.  So in case you would like them, here are the instructions I was given. If I am not satisfied at the end of the free trial period do the follwing (I will be sure that it is well before the end of the trial period).
Insure, get a tracking # and send package to:

P.O.Box 10233
Des Moines, Iowa 50381

Clearly mark the Order # on the outside of the package.  I was also given a cancellation #.  I have the name of the rep and her agent ID.  I hope this doesn't become any more of a nightmare.

They put you on monthly drop ship program if you don't tell them to take you off of it.

you need a special return number 15 digits to return the package back to them. you are responsible for all shipping costs for this as well. If you mark it return to sender you will still be charged.  these pl are using every loop hole they can. very shifty if you ask me.

I ordered the free trial and now my cell phone is ringing constantly.  First from the 877 number and now it calls me as an "unavailable" number and there is nobody on the other end, they just hang up.  I try to call back and the line is busy.  They called me 9 times so far today!  I was thinking of having my number changed.  What do I do?

awwe I ordered it as a present to myself. My birthday is on Friday.

Ordered the "FREE TRIAL" and they put a $60 hold on my account! I called and told them to cancel the whole thing and if the hold wasn't removed from my account i would sue them for false advertising.  Today the charge is gone.  If I receive this pkg I will refuse it

apparently you've ordered Dazzle White's free trial. that is not a free trial. They send you a full tube, charge you 60.00 then refund it IF you return it before the trial is over. GOOD LUCK

Thank you so much for posting this information! What a scam! I wish I would have done my research and seen this before I was scammed! I had to call all of the companies to be taken off their "automatic memberships" for weight loss programs that I wasn't even aware of. Dazzlewhite "claims" that they have shipped my "free" trial and that I will be charged the $60! All I can do is return it. I checked with my Credit card company and they don't see that there has been a charge yet, only 3 pending but the largest amount is for $13 and then $4 and $1. I have cancelled my credit card and have been given a new one so hopefully they can't charge me the $60 fee! What a scam! This is false advertising and these 3 companies should be shut down. This should be reported by us all!

YES This it is a SCAM Ive been conned via the internet FREE sample from TEETHWHITE to find charges of £7.53 and further charges from Pristinehealth of £50.14. on my Bank statement a ref: of 8779892350 and woow its there phone number NO-WAY am I going to waste any more monry on phoning them. Started receiving five or six calls a day from this number after ordering Acai Burn.  This is a total scam.  Do not order anything from www.acaiburn.com.

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not purchase their "free" trial, you will be really sorry and out of $60+, not to mention they forget to tell you that if you accept the "free" trial, (only pay shipping), they automatically without your knowledge sign you up for their monthly membership and you will be sent their crap and charged a lot of money. Worse yet, they also sign you up automatically, again without your knowledge to 2 other weight loss programs that you will be charged for on a monthly basis and you will have to call all of these companies separately and cancel. It is a very expensive "free" mistake! Don't fall for it!!!!! Because I fell for this scam I have had to cancel my credit card and request a new one. There are charges currently pending on my account and I have to wait until they are posted before the bank will get involved. Now I have to wait this mess out and see what happens!
