Called back once, got a msg and some music playing. How do I stop these assh@les from calling my phone?

It might be possible to block the calls.  Ask your cell provider how.

Or put the pest in your contacts list and assign them the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.

same here constant calls to my cell phone almost every day!!!!  overkill who ever it is.  do not answer my cell phone unless I Know who is calling.  never used to be this way, it started a few months ago.

Picked up, informed me it was a recorded line looking for someone else in the household. Sounded like a minimum wage worker being asked to harass people re: debts. Even though "I can't let you know what the matter is about".
