I just got a call from these same jokers getting tired of BS calls like this .

I have been receiving calls from this East Indian speaking man stating he is with the State Attorney's office and there is a case against me (conveniently does not mention which State) - and then he begins threatening to send the police to my place of employment and have me arrested??? It is an obvious SCAM and I will not answer their calls nor respond to their voice mails - each subsequent call he gets more agitated and more difficult to understand...doesn't say what this is for just threatens legal action - I think it is a call cell factory in the Middle East - the English is broken and the accent is very hard to decipher what he is saying...if they have any legal action bring it on - this is an obvious scam! His country probably has a debtor's prison still so he thinks he can intimidate people...I will continue ignoring these calls.

I had the same issue. I've been left harassing messages saying that I have a warrant out for my arrest. They have called my cell and work numbers many many times. These messages are threatening saying they will drag me to jail! How is it that this is acceptable, this needs to end!

I to just received a call from this number, Steve Samuel also told me i was going to jail. Thanks a lot guys for letting me know that this is a scam.

I just recidved a call from the same number asking for my co worker the person calling stated he was john smith and was from state attorneys office not giving them this message and I'm warning them this is a ex vxm thznks everyone

Then they harrased my boss and mother not knowing
My father is a sheriff they truce reading me
My rights over the phone I laughed T them but
It's getting really bad that people like them

I got the same call today saying they were a law firm and their client had filed a lawsuit against me and that I would be arrested. He said he represented cash net USA and I hung up and looked up there number and called they stated that I did not have an account with them and that they don't even serve the state of KY and that this man was a scam and not to give him any information so I called him back and told him just what a low life he was and he became very upset and stated that he would contact my employer and I told him that I don't even have an employer and he got mad and hung up and then he called me back and I told him Jesus loved him and he needed to be saved and stop working for the devil I haven't heard from him since

These people called me numerous tmes.its a scam....they scamed me n dec.... n they use the same threats....

I got a call from the same people saying they were an attorney office in NY their address was 11011 34th Avenue, Corona, NY 11368, and that his name was Attorney Steve Samuels.  About a loan advance that I took out over the internet. WTF? These people must think I'm some kind of idiot. They also said they were going to the courhouse to file a lawsuit and that I would be arrested at my home or place of employment. Well you can goto jail for a civil suit, I don't understand, these people are stupid and need to be reported.

Getting same call everyday about 5 to 6 times a day. They keep telling me that I have a loan with them and that I need to pay. If not they will have me arrested. I told them to stop calling me bc I am a police officer and that I will forward this to the.proper agency.

I received a threatning phone call from this number as well claiming to be an attorny's office. They were very rude and were telling me I had criminal charges against me and that if i did not corroporate I would have a warrent issued for me in my city and state. The number is a cell phone number I believe and the area that keep coming up is from some area of New York. Queens area I beleive. The cell provider is T-mobile also. I wish I knew how to report this to someone one of high authority. This foriegn speaking person was very rude and hard to understand. Even thought I was lauging at him and he started to get mad at me, and I wsa not even doing anything. I cant believe the levels some people will go to try and defraud people.

. They called looking for a former employee and when I informed them that they did not work here any longer they insisted on speaking to a manager. They tried to convince me that my company was resposible for this exemploye's debt! First of all I am the only manager here. But when I tried to tell them that they called me a lair! First of all I couldn't half understand them so I hung up, then they proceeded to call back several times after that still insisting on speaking to a manger. Very very rude people.

I just got a call from 646 355 3643 and they asked for my name and verified my last 4 digits of my social security. I asked who they were and they claimed they were a law firm. They stated that they needed to me to verify my information and that all information is being recorded. They also stated that I SHOULD BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT I SAY OR IT CAN BE USED AGAINST ME IN COURT. THEY CLAIMED THAT I HAVE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME. I ASKED AGAIN WHO THEY WERE AND THEN THEY BECAME HOSTILE. I told them to give me their name number and address and that they would be reported to Consumer affairs. They Hung up. I called back and then they started cursing at me and saying I was illiterate and a stupid bi*** and dont call back. They tried to turn the tables on me by saying I was being hostile and disrespectful. Wait a minute! you called me with my social and then your threatened me over the phone. Are you serious?.I was so upset and concerned that I put a fraud alert on my credit reports. Do anyone have any other suggestions and/or similiar stories?

I got this call about cyber crime laws from a Brandon Morgan how I'm going to be arrested a warrent placed for me contact my boss etc. I can hardly hear what he's saying so much noise in background.

I am trying to find out if anyone knows how to report this company and have them shut down. My poor children were scared to death that their father was going to be pulled out of his place of work and arrested. When I called them back they swore at me and claimed to be a lawyers office. My child listened to the answering machine were these people said that they are going to arrest his father today at his place of work and that they were going to throw him in jail. My son was literally crying and scared for his father. When I called that number back they swore at me and are claiming to be an attorneys office. If you know how I can report them or to have them shut down please let me know.

This place called me and left a message that my child listened to. They threatened to arrest their father at a place of his work, said that they are going to his place of work and will have him arrested and thrown into jail. This is a bill collection agency that is leaving threatening phone calls for anyone in the household to hear. When I called them back they swore at me and said that they were an attorneys office and then they hung up the phone. I need to know who they are.

I also received a call from these people at work.  I was told there was a warrant out for me and would receive my summons through the mail.  WTF?  I was yelled at and treated VERY disrespectfully.  If this was a true debt, this "attorney" needs to learn some professionalism.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I am receiving calls from this number at my place of employment telling my employees that if I dont call that number back that they were going to place a warrant out for my arrest... How can I stop this???

I got a phone call gem this number saying that I would be facing criminals charges for a loan payment for  my online loan that  was due friday I then called the loan company n they tld me that they were a scam they claim to be with winston associates plz do not believe these ppl report them...
