SCAM.. I was taken for $250.00 ..I WAS ONE OF THE STUPID ONES..who didnt look it up first!! warning

My bf received a message at work.  The caller was Justin Davis but wouldn't say the  name of the company to the receptionist.  My bf called back & asked for Justin Davis & the middle eastern guy started talking  loud called him an a$$hole & hung up on him.  My bf called back & put on speaker phone a woman answered this time with a thick middle eastern accent & kept trying to get him to repeat his work # but wouldn't say what company she was with or put Justin Davis on the phone.  The number is 706-278-3027.

i got a call from a james willam, who said that he was with USA Payday loan and that i've been approve for $1500. When i summited my info he said that i would be getting a wire and the way this work is that i would need a greendot paypax card of $273 to show i could handle payments. After that he said i would need to cover taxes of $118 so i would need a second card to pay for that. After that he said that he told me it was $180 not $118. And, that i would need an additional $180 to cover taxes and all the other amounts would be refunded to my acount. Well this was friday and today is monday and still no wire and now my acounts in the negative.  This was the worst thing that could have happened to me and i fell for it...Dont you!

Received call from this number indicated law suit filed against me, I received same call from this same person about 6 hours ago, it was the same person and the phone number was 855-569-5936, he said he was calling from matthews law firm and I had lawsuit filed against me in NY due to cash advance, which I never applied for, would not give me any info, when I asked for address of firm, he said that I wasn't attorney and wasn't allowed to have that info.  Reported to NY Attorney General.

I received a phone call from a Justin Davis numerous times threatening me that they were taking me to court. The  telephone number he uses is 1-646-355-4190. He says he is calling from Pay Day Loans. I have never done business with this company. It's definite fraud and I have reported it, contacted my lawyer as well as the police.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE. I've had numerous calls from this number from someone named David Matthews stating that I owed Cash Advance USA. He said that he worked for Harrison Law Firm and kept stating that I was being taken to court or I could settle out of court. He wanted me to SEND MONEY TO SOMEONE NAME ROBERD WYNN AT NORCROSS GEORGIA 30037  the same day. He also stated that I couldn't speak directly with Cash Advance USA. Do not give him any information because this is a fraud. He stopped calling when I told him that I was going to notify the police.

Received a call stating from harrison law firm, men with heavy accents, stating I owe Cash Advance 500 money- never took a loan from them

I've had numerous calls from this number from someone named David Matthews stating that I owed Cash Advance USA. He said that he worked for Harrison Law Firm and kept stating that I was being taken to court or I could settle out of court. He wanted me to fax him a letter stating that I received the money and that I was going to repay it the same day he called along with a copy of my drivers license. He also stated that I couldn't speak directly with Cash Advance USA. Do not give him any information because this is a fraud. He stopped calling when I told him that I was going to notify the police.

caller called for the first time today.

This number calls saying I owe Cash Advance USA and he represents the law office who is handling the case. He also knew the last four digits of my social and checking account number. Do not verify any information from these people. They all have middle eastern accents but occidental names such as James Morgan and David Matthews.
