When my girlfriend from Russia calls me i see that caller ID: +1 (646) 300-8760. So i have no idea what it is. But maybe it is a "call-back" number she is using in order to call my phone at a lower rate? I live in Denmark. It is really weird that i see an American number on my phone when a person from Russia calls me.

My answering machine recorded a message from # (646 367 8760) early October,2009.  The message said that it was a Union Local - AFSCME State Emp Union. They were representing a collection agency for an outstanding debt the I had not paid. As far as I know, this Union or no Employees' Union gets involved or has anything to do with collecting debts, especially on retired employees.  I have not spoken to anyone at this number since the message was recorded. It is obviously "bogos." I then promptly BLOCKED the number from my service.

called from this number on 12/07 at 7:02 p.m. rang three times, something mumbled onto answering machine, not able to understand it. Then hung up. Caller ID stated was from "intergrated path"

Received a call from this number at 7:10PM.  Did not pick up.  Did not leave a message.  Caller ID says "Integrated Path."  After reading several of these reports, I tried to call it back, but only got a busy signal.

I received several calls from INTEGRATED PATH, claiming I had charges against me and other legal threats. After verbally berating one of the "foreign" representatives, I then was able to speak too the "main man" of the ""place"". After telling this "man", that the FBI was involved, he hung up, and now the line is disconnected. ;))

And yes... They sounded Arabic/Middle Eastern.

You all must take a stand, and report these people to your Federal Bureau, so they can be taken care of!

I just received a call from my mother, who has recently switched her phone service to Comcast.  Caller ID said that it was "Integrated Path" from "1-646-367-8760" so I waited for the answering machine to pick up.  Caller ID made a mistake.

got a call from this number today, around 6pm est.  Family member answered, they asked for me by name, would not leave message.

My elderly mother was scammed for tens of thousands of dollars over the years, which caused much worry and unfortunately arguments with her as we tried to explain to her what was going on.  She never believed us, and just kept giving her money away. Oh the stories I could tell you all!   i finally had to give up my life and move back to Indiana, partially just to monitor this situation.  So I don't usually answer unknown numbers, unless I feel like going off on someone, but I picked this one up.  It was a guy speaking in heavily accented English, asking for my mother by name and address, and telling me he was from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  I started laughing hysterically and said, Yeah right, and I'm the Queen of England.  He got all offended and asked what was so funny.  I said you just told me you're with the FBI.  He said, no, I'm with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which he could hardly pronounce.  To which I replied, you're full of s***, and hung up on him.  Then HE CALLS RIGHT BACK!!  this time from an unlisted number, and says in horror and disbelief, What did you just say?  I thought you said something obscene to me!  To which I replied, Yes I told you you were full of s***, and don't ever call this number again!!  I don't know that that approach will work, but it sure was fun!

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THESE CALLS AS EARLY AS 7:30 AM AND AS LATE AS 11 PM.

I'm actually seeing a whole bunch of these calls - but they are all calls routed to me through google voice, which is really strange. A week or two ago they were properly showing the calling person's phone number, but they are now showing this 8760 number.

The calls themselves are 100% legit, and I can reproduce it by initiating a google voice call through the web, but the displayed caller id information is completely wrong and is neither the calling party's number, nor my google voice number.

my parents received a phone call from someone at this number and it showed up as Integrated Path.  We knew the person on the other end of the line (not that we were interested in talking to him), but still dont' know how the phone number came up with this on caller id.

Anyone else have anymore information?

I get calls from this number before 8am in the morning.....just dead silence when the answer machine picks up.  It's very annoying, but I don't know how to make them stop.

Sometime when my boyfriend calls from his metro PCS phone it pops up as integrated path. I dont understand why it says that sometimes and then other times it says his name

This number has already called three times this morning and has not left a message.  I did not pick up because this number is not familiar to me.

DID NOT ANSWER,THEY STAYED ON LINE UNTIL ANSWER MACHINE CUT THEM OFF BUT NEVER SAID A WORD.

I keep getting calls from 646-367-8760. A recorded voice say this is Capital One and they need to verify me as a cardholder. They proceed to ask for my personal ID information. Obviously a scam. How do I stop these calls?

Hello. My mother, Miriam Ehrhart, of 4080 Mulberry Lane, Dover, PA was just scammed out of over $1000 to a company calling themselves Integrated Path, phone number - 646-367-8760. I had been warning her of scams, but she's 82, and takes care of my 84 year old father. She's exhausted, and has been so worried, about losing the house she has for 30 years, so desperate. I looked the number up, and sure enough, it is a scam. She was able to get the money back she sent through Western Union tonight. I hope she doesn't try to cash a check by them!! OMG! They should make a law that
would send scammers to jail for scamming elderly people! It's an International thing, I know.

My mom has been getting calls from this number and a woman named Ruth tells her she has won money.  My mom already wire $900 to this woman, and was ready to wire more.  This has to be a scam.  The other number the woman calls from is 416-777-7775

I answered the phone upon receipt of call and it was dead air for about 20 seconds and then it disconnected.
