These people called my husband and said we owed usa cash advance. I asked him for the date of this so called cash advance happened and he could not give me the date. But if I would send them $482 they would send the paperwork and the date. They said that we had 7 to 10 days to take care of this. If not he will be arrested. And if the dates did not match our records they would refund us. I told them we have been together for 14 years and never done a cash advance before. Needless to say i got a call into my lawyer.

I just got a call from these people on my job.  From this Mr. Donald person.  
Yes I have had PayDay loans from online before but this is insane. He told me that if I didn't agree to clear this up today that an affidavit would be filed against me with the courts. Noting a violation of Federal Banking Rules, Collateral Check Fraud & Theft by deception.  

He even said that after the papers would be filed, I could even loose my job.  GET REAL... I have not had the best success financially and even made some bad choices (that I have learned from) but for these people to call, scare and threaten is INSANE!   I wish there was a way for them to be stopped.

I just received a call from this number. The caller's name was Mr. Donald. He said that there was an outstanding unsecured loan against me. He said he was going to help me through this. I know my bills and what I owe......THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED. MAYBE WE SHOULD CALL THEM AND REVERSE THE SITUATION!

These people are telling the truth about, what every they are trying to tell you....so dont be fool...they are tryging to get money from you....

This is a scam! Do not give out or verify any personal information to these callers. They called my cell and work number, stating I have a law suit against me, and my social security number. I told them to send the paperwork and then there was silence. They have been harassing me for about a month, the last phone number they called from was a California area code. I have reported them to my local police here in NPR, Florida.

Called my old number that I was renting from and try to say that there is a lawsuit against my name and social security number, so old roomate gave me the message i called back it was just like a regular answering machine saying he is not available and leave a message. it seemed to be a regular phone number, but I left a message to know what it is really concerning and I asked them to call me back, cuz i want to know what is going on but i sure did not leave my social security number to them so if they call me back I sure know what to ask. these people are not gonna get nothing from me. I know who i owe and not owe trust that!! These people need to be caught and be fined. trying to get money from the poor. SERIOUSLY!!!
