My sister received 4 calls from 646-389-0994 when she was out of town. The first 2 messages left was from a Ms. Cruz and the last 2 were from a Leigh Hopper. Both stated that there was a fraud transaction done by computer in 2010 for $719.00 One message said she could settle this by making a payment of $220.00. Then a second payment of $499.00. If she didn't respond by 3:00 pm on 5-31-14 her case would be upgraded to a civil and criminal court by the State of South Carolina. We took this to the local police department and they said it was a scam. On my sister's behalf I called them asking them to call me back. When the answering machine picked up after many rings the message just said Processing Dept. Please leave a message. So I left one asking them to call me and received no call back. Called again this morning with another and another recording. My sister is disabled and was upset. She doesn't even own or know how to use a computer. I told her it was a scam and not to answer any calls from that number. Just let them leave more messages.#1 Why was there no letter ever sent at anytime? #2 The recording to leave messages should have been more specific about the company name and the came of the caller other than just 'Processing. #3 Why no call back?" "BEWARE OF THIS NUMBER"

These people a relative said I owed them from checks never could give any info . All they wanted was money.  Also I had about a year ago kinda the same thing said I pulled a loan out on the internet and they were taking me to court. I had the local police department call them back talked to three different people and asked for them to send all there info in a fax. They never did and never bothered till now.

These people called to say if we could relay a message to a neighbor that was in a very serious legal matter.  When I said "that is not our responsibility" they were super nasty.  Is there any way we can report these phone calls???

called to tell me a relative was in legal trouble and they needed to speak with me right away.  but the name they had was wrong - not a relative.  they said time was urgent that i return the call
