Yep I got the same thing while trying to sell a ring. The email has bad grammar use so I called PayPal they said they would never require a shipping number before they deposit the buyers money.

Thanks a lot guys I got msged from him last night. Tell it was b***s*** cause he was offering 250 plus shipping for a 200 dollar item... It was on kijiji buying a ps3 move and he sayed it was for his pastor's son...Googled his number and got this link. Thanks guys!!!

Williams Christophers. Have been texting this guy about buying my laptop for a few days now.  Said he would use paypal to pay $220(175 for the laptop and 45 to ship to africa to a friend of his..Got a fake paypal email saying he has paid and to ship out the laptop.  The easy way to see that these emails are fake is to hover your mouse over the senders Email Address.  Real ones say service@paypal.com,  fakes will be something else such as: verify_tracking_number@post.com hiding under the service@intl.paypal.com  email address you think you're seeing.  Not sure how they do it, but it probably fools some people..just wanted to get that out there.  steve
