This guy now claims his name is Rick; he also goes by Jerome, Rome, and Jeffrey West; he posts his scheme on craigslist.  He's a scammer/con man.  He claims that what he does is legal, but yet he hides himself.  He uses only service providers that require a contract like AT&T and Verizon because with the new phone that is attached to your account he can access your personal information.  Think about it carefully.  Why does he get you into one store to buy phones (you don't need an account to buy a phone), get a new phone line from you (he says he'll cancel the line the next day), and then he wants you to go to another store and do the same thing again.  If it's legal and you're not in danger then why not use the same store?  It's a new form of ID theft.  And you possibly put yourself in danger by meeting up with him, as well.
