This person is absolutely an idiot, he has gone by the names michael maxson, john obrien.He calls my job back to back every 2 minutes, he has even called my cell the same way. He requests that I send him a fax with my information and threatens me and tell me to send it now. I asked him Or What? My managers have told him to stop calling and he still is at it. If I had time off I would go beat his a** myself.

My wife and I also have been having calls from them.  I told them to sue us and we would see them in court. This is a total scam and the cops or the FBI should be all over this, but as usual nothing!

I too just got a call from this person at my place of employment. He called 15x, I was told as well when I returned the call that I was being sued, for payday loans. I asked for information about when this loan was to have taken place, or any other information regarding this occurrence.. He was very rude and threatening. He said that he was going along with the lawsuit and that I would be fired from my job and arrested with in 30min. If I did not take care of the $300 right away.

Called my job from 9 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon and cursed out my supervisors. John o'Brian was the name he used.

A man from this number keeps calling me and insits it is to receive payment from someone.

Yes you are correct. Needless to say, In Montana pay day loans are illegal.  This is unreal to how these people can get away with harrasing people. How in Gods name do these people manage to stream through the internet and gather info. I have changed my number.

Yes I too have gotten many calls from Micheal Maxon. Get this, one time I called him back and asked for the name of the company and address of which he works with. He hesitated over and over. I insisted. He then called me a f----ing bi***, with other fowl words and hung up on me.  No legal entity would ever talk to anyone in that form. I have filed a complaint with the government offices.

All I say is this guy is really giving Asian INDIANS a bad rap.  Not only that most of them stink, this guy in particular beats all of those stingkers!!!!  He's a big joke and a freaking good for nothing waste of space here in New York.  He needs to be disposed off like a big DUMP in your toilet bowl!!!!  Can anyone FLUSH him in the toilet???  PLAEASE!!!!!!!!

got as call from micheal maxson. saying my SS# was being blocked because of a fail to pay "united cash advance". he wanted me to go to walmart( with him still on the phone) and western union $350 or he would have the police come get me. i asked him for the routing # and he refused and started getting pissed. i told him to go to hell and hund up.   SCAM

I've gotten several too; even at work. It sucks. I've cussed him out and he/or a partner is relentless. It sounds like several in the background.

I keep getting these calls. He says his name is Albert Johnson. He first told me he was calling from the law offices of Albert Johnson. When I asked who "she" should ask for, he said Albert Johnson.. Okay, right. You can barely even understand him.

Ditto!  Same like everyone.  Annoying, harassing and lots of profanity.  Asking for a pre-paid VISA.  Man can't even speak English well.  Refused to say a company, other than he was a debt collector and demanded money.  I contacted BBB and advice was to record messages, document all calls, check on your credit often for any discrepancies, contact your local law enforcement and they can pursue federal charges with proof.

This guy is very rude and very inconsiderate. I've done my research and see that this number comes from Manhattan New York. He also in return gave me a name as in Simon Marshall. The guy is a joke and to be completly honest with ya. Not intimdating at all so this message is for "Simon" you call my number again and I will be involved with a week off work to personally stop by myself and bring my Squad with me. I have all your phone calls recorded and not at all do I feel the need to dispose of them. I will press charges and I will most definetly see you in court little boy. Grow up dumbass. Get a real job

I received a call from payday loans  also. The guy had an Indian accent and he said his name was Ronnie Brown. And that I committed fraud and is being charged by law, and the credit bearue has informed him.so he wanted me to pay him $372.00 on a walmart prepaid card. And if I don't I will be arrested at work or home. Come on now... I asked questions and he said he's gonna get me fire because I called him fraud... Then he called my job too. Saying he's the police mr.Simon Marshall lol

we are getting the same call even at my work. We are not getting any legitimate information to confirm anything he is saying. No to mention he is nasty, arrogant - not professional at all. He us rude. I reported this including the phone # to law enforcement including the FBI.  File a complaint at www.IC3.gov.

They are scammers, and thats how they get money from us and we own nothing

This number called me cell phone and work number.  He had all my personal information and stated that I recieved $500 from them deposited in to my bank account and when they tried to get it back out, it was denied.  This is not true.  He said if I didnt give them the money now, they were sending the police to my work with an arrest warrant.

Received a call from 646-434-9909 this morning on my home phone, i did not answer the call because I reconized the area code. When I got to work my office voicemail had a message from a Michael Maxon with a return phone number of 646-395-7721 telling my employer that one of his employees(me) was under federal investigation and was going to be arrested. Actually his words where " This message is just letting you know that you have a bad employee who is under federal investigation and is going to be arrested". This is the second time these dumb a**** have tried to do this to me. 3 weeks ago they where using a Florida number 727-213-2408 going by the name Mark Robinson with Oakview Legal Services. I am not sure what to do about these stupid people but my mission for the day is now going to be researching how to file some sort of complaint for harrasment against them. Any ideas from anyone on how I might go about doing that?

His name is now Simon Marshall and if you'd filled out anything for a payday loan online this may be how he got your number and GOD knows what else. This b*****d is even calling my job!!!

Got a call from a man with a heavy Indian accent and he said his name was John O'brien. He gave me an official sounding reference number and said my case was red flagged and I'm being sued. I asked him for details which he did not supply. He began to cuss me and threaten me but I hung up on him.

its all a scam-just tell them you reported them to the FBI and local authorities. they may try to talk over you, but just laugh at them and hang up!! wish they would all go back under the rock in which they crawled out from.

I have received the same message and returned the call and checked with my bank and my bank said No deposit had been made. I called Mr. O'brien back and told him that it was a scam and he yelled at me and told me he was on his way to arrest me. Now they do not speak english very well and yet they are useing American names. THIS IS A SCAM.
