i have filed a complaint with the states attorney this is a fradulent company who harasses people on their cell and work number. this is definately a scam and needs to be stopped.

i keep getting a phone call from a alexis williams that he wants me to pay him money or i will go to jail he must think i was born yesterday i am not stupid nor stuck on stupid they need to find something better else to do with there time before they have lots of time in jail

Ive been getting the calls too from him said officer alex williams a affidavit its a total scam I called lawyer too it has to be in ur area code and its would be supoena our counts it miss would handle anything has to be a thousand I gonna really mess with this fellow thenalso call from others numbers he from india has said he was a lawyer too!!!!

Got a phone call 5 min ago from a person with a deep Indian accent claiming to be from the "American Legal Company" who received complaints from a company called Internet Payday Loan by the Cash Advance USA (347-427-8082). He had full information on me: name, address, and last four digits of my SS (although I denied it). He said his name was Officer Alex Williams (a typical African American name) and that he was about to issue a warrant out for unpaid loans. But when he checked our credit he said it was very good (another lie) and perhaps we could pay him in order not to receive the warrant. Ha I advised him that the entire conversation was being recorded for my lawyer to review- he quickly got off the phone.

Hi, my sister-in-law Jennifer Smith was called a while back by these 'Scam artists'!  The guy said that he was named 'supposedly' 'Alex Williams' he claimed he was from 'Madison Legal Services' and he said that she is in a big legal mess and that there is a warrant out  for her arrest.  He has recalled her several times, and now he is even calling my wife's cell phone, even though right on the message I say 'Hello you've reached Mr. and Mrs. Hicks'!  How is it that they don't get it that my wife's phone is Not the same phone as my sister-in-law what a bunch of duffuses!

They're frauds. And very stupid ones at that. You can file complaints with the IC3, FTC, your states Atty. Generals office etc. But your best bet is to just ignore them. Don't answer or block their calls.
They're scum calling from overseas so they're outside US jurisdiction. But you can feel better knowing that they're completely powerless. All they are is foul bags of hot air.

The say they work with the FBI.  Yet the number doesn't come up as a U. S. government number.  They are very hard to understand.

RUDE RUDE RUDE Officer Alex Williams....says he wants to speak with our employee...says he has called over 1000 times WOW our receptionist confirmed that, he just hast called in a while.......says he is with the department of legal services of new york....called the legal servies of NY and he does not work there....said he will continue to call until he speak with the employee...ALSO he said it is legal matter and we are now involved since she put our number down

I keep getting these calls too. it is a total scam. Do not fall for it. I have another friend who they scared to death she was afraid she was getting arrested. Contact your attorney general and they will let you know that this is illegas\l

Just got a call from this number.  I called back and the petson eho answetedphone just said hi.  They lefted a message saying there where from a lawyer firm.  He had an accent and could not understand what he said.  Would not trll me much.  But said if i did not callback i could go to jail.  They will tell you anything.  I wish they eould stop calling but does not stop them from calling all the time.

I keep getting a call from alex williams or james campbell  they want me to pay them on some old loans but will not give me any papers work or who they work for.  They say i will go to jail.  But if you look at the fair debt collection act they can not do that.  It is aguess the law.

I receive a call from this number saying i owe three pending pay day loans totaling over $2000. It was someone with a Indian voice name Officer Sullivan so i decided to check the number online because i know i didnt apply for any loans and i explain that to him but he said they have all my info but wouldn't tell me what it was.

Every person that calls me from this number speaks with a strong Indian accent. The person then asks me to pay $750, not by debit but to go to a Walgreens and purchase a green dot money card for payment. They allege its from a previous pay loan debt and refuses to e-mail me any information. It's a fraud and I did not pay the person.
