I called a call on my cell and at work telling me good luck

I have received 4 diferent calls today stating they are legal departments and i owe for 3 different payday loans ofr cashadvance, cashnetUSa and cashnet.com. All of who i have never used as i don't do payday loans and only one company that is a cash advance and payments are taken out of my paycheck directly. Everytime they call i have to tell them to speak up because i can't hear them the transfer me to their supervisor. Today alone i have talked to Marshall Bruce, Justin Brooks, Frank Miller and a final supervisor named Mark from LLC law office in the Bronx New York. Must be hurting for authentic names from India. The Numbers they gave me for contact are 646-918-8123 & 646- 820-9531. And since i have dealt withthem before and they are on ripoff report.com i start asking them questions they hang up. Tell them this is a scam and this website name and they are gone. Wish the FTC or someone would take care of these companies

I have been recieving calls from the same folks (Thomas Martin) stating I applied for a loan and did not pay it back. The only have bits and pieces of my information, but continues to harass me at work and calling my references. I figured out months ago that this was a scam, but want information on what can be done to stop the harrassment. I was told the same thing; give me your attorney's name and number or I was going to be sued.  He never has a dollar amount or a date in which the loan was made. He also claims, I'm going to be arrested and "Good Luck" LOL.  Which is funny, because I work for the criminal justice system. He will not get a penny out of me. Am looking into filing charges with the FBI though.

This is a scam, the say I will regret what unfolds if I do not return her call: Kathleen Watkins  646-470-0169 with LLC Law Offices... (LLC is used after a business name) They are so stupid to think I would believe it's a law firm. Report them to the FTC and the FDCPA these are huge violations, they will be brought down. When you apply for a payday loan, they sell your information and these idiot scammers keep using the same old tricks. They never sent money but they lie and say you received it and never paid. It is a huge scam, and what sucks is people freak out and send these idiots money... Stop believing everything.. Investigate, they people are stupid foreigners praying on Americans. What sucks is that the phone company won't shut them down.  They use this number a lot and just keep changing American names even though they can hardly speak English. They are rude and Stupid in my oppinion.

I got a call yesterday and 3 times in a row today from a Christy Brooks saying that either I or my attorney call back and that it was time sensitive and to call the minute I get this message. Well I have no lawyer and I didn't borrow money and I owe none so its a scam!!! Stupid people.... I wish they would stop calling!

it back i was going to jail. Mr Brooks was his name. I was freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I got a call at work telling me that I borrow money from a payday Loan Company, they told me they where from LL Law Office and they need it my information, they treaten with contacting my work, and that if i was running a money laundry or scam, etc, is there something we can do, if so please let me know I wish I could have that midle eastern guy infront of me......

Just got a voice mail from a Jason Canodi saying that if I or my attorney don't return the call the moment I heard the message that all he could do was wish me luck.  I googled the number and got this website, awesome!!  The number that showed up on my cell was 0000, its a scam don't give them anything.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FOR NOW THEY SAY IT IS KRISTY WHITE THEY SWEAR AT ME AND CALL MY WORK SAYING I OWE MONEY. WHAT A SCAM. WHY CANT SOMEONE STOP THIS???

I received a call this evening from a Cathleen Brooks stating she need my attorney's name and i better call her back at this number or I will be very sorry.  She proceeds to tell me if i don return this call I would be in very big trouble. I need to call today.

Got another call from Mr. Justin Brooks saying the same thing as yesterday.  Wanted my husband or his retained attorney of record to call him back.  He said that if he doesn't hear from my husband than he will be responsible for further legal actions.  Good luck Mr. Brooks, you are a scam and you will not get a penny from us.

Just got a voice mail from a Justin Brooks asking for my husband and saying that if he didn't return the call the moment he heard the message that all he could do was wish him luck.  I starting laughing because the scammers have been calling my cell phone for the past year and still nobody has come to arrest my husband!!  Good Luck Mr. Brooks and may God Bless You (just thought I should put that last part on there because that's what he said at the end of his message).  I googled the number and it's from New Zeland!!  Scam don't give them anything.

My dad keeps getting phone calls from 646-470-0169. The guys talking to him have a very heavy accent and all they tell him is that they have felony charges against me and I'm going to have to go to court. They apparently don't have my phone number so they're not able to contact me directly. They do however know what state I live in and what my occupation is and they say they have my social security number. Something needs to be done about these people.

this one is a doozy, if I dont call back I will be behind bars for committing fraud they call 4-5 times a day all from different numbers. Some are 0000 some have a 970 prefix and the latest 646. Does this really work?

Kathleen Watkins called from 646-470-0169  extremely rude saying she wishes me luck if my attorney does not call her back. LLC Law Offices (LLC is used after a company name..) They are scammers, they usually get your information from you applying for sometime of credit, like a payday loan.. but the thing is they never send you money, they just lie and try to scare you into thinking they did. I wish the phone company would cancel their # they have been using these scare tactics for years. The sad thing is people fall for it. Report them to the FTC and the FDCPA  this is illegal.

I also received a call from "Jerry White" (I hardly think his name is ACTUALLY Jerry White...he has a very heavy Indian accent) he said he can be reached at 646-470-0169. The call showed up on my phone as phne# 0000.  He said he is with LLC Law Offices, representing Cash Partners of America which according to him has 3000 web sites with different names.  He said the company is sueing me for over $5,000 for legal expense due to me not paying an online payday loan....which I never took out by the way!  He couldn't give me any info about date or amt of loan.  But he had allot of my person identifying info.  I researched this company and they are a scam just trying to get money from people.  Don't give them any info, and definately don't give them any money.  Report them to the Federal Trade Commission, your local police, put a fraud alert on your credit bureau report, add extra security measures to your bank accounts.  Protect yourself against this fraudulent group.

Just got another saying the same exact thing including something about extremely time sensitive material.  This time the caller was claiming her name was Nicole Allen.  Both callers had heavy accents like from India!

I wish the government and/or phone companies would do something about this type of harrassment like block the so called company from being able to call people.

Take a look at the complaints filed on this page.  Do not give them anything.  They are a scam and will try to get money out of of you.  Don't fall for it.  Report them to the New York Attorney General, your local Attorney General, Federal Trade Commsion, FBI, Local police and any other place you can think of.
