Yep, same thing, wanted me to set up a Pay Pal account so he could buy my husbands motor cycle. I said cash or Cashiers Check only. He kept asking over and over again about the Pay Pal, it got old and I quit texting back. Geez!

I had an outboard for sale and they tried the PayPal thing. Let's see: a NY number claiming to be from California trying to buy an outboard motor listed on Kijiji in Canada.... Do you think it might be a scam???

Had a text from this number wanting me to watch her 2yr old daughter all day! WTF is going on with people, go figure she is from Canada..... LOL just kidding I know these are scammers and I am not watching some damn kid.

we are dealing w/ the same exact messages that KJ posted,,,we too are trying to sell a car on Craigslist.  We have not responded to him,,,,just wondering,,,,KJ,,what kind of car were you trying to sell???

I have a boat motor for sale on craigslist and I received the same text, a little different they want to send me a certified check drawn out of Bank of America,  I'm guessing they are scammers from nigeria.

I had a car listed on craigslist and received this- (1/3)i would have love to come and look at it but due to my job that does not permitted me so i will like you to know that i will be sending you Payment through (2/3)a PayPal so i hope that you have one ? and if you dont have you can easily get one set up at wwwPayPal.com and once that you are done i will send you my(3/3)email to send money request and once that i got it i can send the payment ok?
