Everything you just wrote is a lie. First, you crooks get dirty sucker lists from a variety of sources and it's perfectly clear you are systematically violating the DNCL and calling victims who have NEVER asked for information about "education".

Second, calling scammers like you back is a bad idea. You know as well as I do you won't remove numbers from your sucker list, this site is full of complaints that you don't. In fact, the only thing that calling you back accomplishes is that the phone number is confirmed, then it becomes more valuable and you trade it with your other scamming cohorts and the gullible person you tricked into calling you back to remove their number actually gets MORE junk phone calls.

It's amazing that scum like you live long enough to find your way to a stinking boiler room to perpetrate such fraud.

They are calling you because at some point you requested information on furthering your education. If you dont wish to be called any more pick up the phone and request to be taken off the list.

Yes, this just happened to my husband this man called his job and his cell phone we keep calling the # but it is busy, the # he left for a call back is (206) 420-6675 we are trying to find out who and where this person come from we are not even from here so how he even got his info this is crazy!

My boyfriend has been getting calls as well from someone at this number, saying that he is being investegated for a loan, and receiving funds. and that they were going to contact his employer. this is a scam. My coworker just went throught the same thing and they told her she was going to be served  a warrant on her job, if she didn't pay a certain amount. these lil f%^kers are rude and will curse u out once they realize u are on to them and dnt want to talk no more. so please dnt let them get u.

I am always getting calls on my personal phone of my work phone from PARASITES claiming I owe U.S. FAST CASH INTERNATIONAL money for a payday loan I took out. This time I got all the information. The caller said his name was Officer Kevin Smith with U.S. Financial Crime and Investigations. He claims I owed U.S. Fast Cash Internationl $425.00 if I settle out of court. If I go to court I would owe $5,000.00. He said the charges against me were 1. I broke Federal Banking Regulations. 2. Check Fraud 3. Theft by deception. He stated that the call was being recorded and monitored (Big Fat Lie), and that if I didn't pay the amount he stated I would be arrested and put in jail. Right like he is going to come and arrest me in Tennessee while he is in New York City. As he talked he would cover the mouth piece as someone told him what to say and then uncover it and I would hear a lot of background noise. I told him I didn't owe any money to U.S. Fast Cash International I told him he was a scammer and a fraud, and he then hung up on me. This is the second call from these PARASITES that I have received in as many days. When I tried the number he gave me it was busy, and the number that shows on my caller ID is 646-480-9999, which I tried and it rang busy too.

Got the same call recently. Told him "Officer Brian" that I contacted my lawyer, FBI, and local police department and they hung up. Come on who in the hell do you know with a heavy Indian accent named Brian? Get real! SCAM!!!!!

Thier is a man that keeps calling HArris County phone lines asking for certain employees and demanding their social security numbers and credit card numbers. We have asked him several time to stop calling, do to us being a bausiness. He states that he will continue to call. He is beginning to get vulgar and very rude.

I got two calls from (646)480-9999 today.  They told me I owed a debt for a payday loan.  I've NEVER had a payday loan.  I told him that he said well it's for a loan.  I told him I had no loans out.  He said if I did not fax him a copy of my debit card & drivers license I would be arrested in a couple hours.  I told him I would not & he said and I quote "I will make your life hell & then murder you"  He rambled off my address & last four of my SSN.  I hung up & reported it.  Last time I checked MURDER is a crime!!  Why doesn't the government do something?!? Traced the call back to Nigeria.  WTH?!?!? swim on over body...come to my neck of the woods good ol'country folk be waitin for ya!!!!

That b*****d called me today and speaking some s*** bout my SSN, fool i got a low credit score, get a house and a car with that, and see you dont get s***.

this dude called me with the same spanish accent, dont know who it is but if he calls back, i got some charges for his a**.

i also received a call afrom this number and they sauid that they were from a collection company and they were soing to send the police top my house, i dont know what they thought  what they were gonna get but they got some good words for they're a**!!!!

Received call from 9999 number saying I had borrowed money and not paid it back. Never borrowed money on line from anyone. Had information on me. Threatened me. I cussed him and his supervisor back and told them they better not ever call me again. I know this is from checking out online loans which I will never do again. Going to watch my credit report closely. This is a scam!!!!!!!!! Do not give out anything that they do not already have. Watch everything closely!!!!!!!!

I have been receiving threatening and harrassing phone calls from this guy at my job. My manager has told him several times as I have myself to stop calling the place of business I work for. He keeps saying hes sueing me over my SSN and he's a lawyer, yet he wont tell me the name of the business. He's a foreigner and you can barely understand him. Obviously this is a scam if all these other people on here are commenting about him.

I got home and had a message from phone # 646-480-9999.  The man had an Indian accent.  He stated he was an officer and his name was Shawn Phillips and was calling on behalf of Financial Grant Investigation.  He stated that if I did not return his call today that I along with my family members would be arrested with 3 to 5 business days.  He left a number of 347-637-6457 to call him back.  When I tried to call the 347 number it doesn't even ring there is just a long pause.  When I tried to call the 646 # it gives a busy signal.

Warn your aunt, they get very nasty with you when you try to question them.  I posted yesterday a little about my experience with them.  They attempted to call again today, over 30 times in less than at hour at my work.  Finally my boss told them I had been fired (not true) and they stopped, I called a friend of mine that works for the police dept and she sent another officer to my office, when he tried to call them to find out exactly who they were all the numbers were not good.  I did speak with the FTC today and she took a report and gave me a referrence number, but at the end of our conversation she wished me luck.  I really wish there was a way to catch these guys, but I have a feeling they dont even live in this country.

my aunt called me yesterday from houston very upset about this same type of phone call and wanted to know what could she do to get them to stop because they keep calling her.  i called and it said not in service and then i did a reverse search on the number and it only shows as a landline in west nyack, ny, but the phone carrier is cingular wireless llc.   i told her to file complaint with federal trade commission(www.ftc.gov) and her state atty general.  i told her if they call again, try to get as much information as possible.  what is wrong with these people???????

My husband was called by this same number and was told that if he didnt pay $250.00 that there would be a warrant put out for his arrest. The caller said that the debt was only $250.00 but they could settle it in court for $2000.00 My husband called back and was hung up on when he wanted to know more about the debt. There was a very noisy background my husband said. This is very freightening considering this man has my husband's social security number and our address.

The same John Obrien called me on my cellphone over 20 times today and called my work number over 100 times, when my co workers told him I was not in he started getting very vulgar with them.  They had to call the police.  It worries me, he rattled off my social and address to me.  How do we stop them??

Some guy with an Indian accent calle me, said there was an investigation of some sort. I hung up and he kept calling I then turned my phone off and he finally left a voicemail saying the same that there was an investigation against me and he had the last 4 of my social security. I do believe it is from applying for a payday advance loan online,

I have had a few loans. But, they are currently being paid through a consolidation. I keep receiving phone calls saying that I owe money and that it is very important that I call them back. I blocked my phone number and called the number back that they left and when they answered they just said "can I help you" they never identified themselves when they answered. Any legal agency would answer the phone as such. I am turning them in to ftc and BBB.

I received the same phone call today! weird, he said his name was John Wright. 646-480-9999, then left me a voicemail to call 646-216-7545.  Had my ss number and said he was calling my supervisor and sending cops to my address. I called back P'D off and mentioned the FTC, needless to say, I haven't heard from them since. ?????

I got a call today from 646-480-9999 at work and was given a case # and phone # to return his call as 206-420-6675. I forget what he said his name was and where he was calling from (it was a government thing, I at first thought it was the student loan place). He had a strong accent and was hard to understand.  He told me the call was being recorded at the courthouse and I was being sued for check fraud and something else.  When I asked him what this was about he told me to listen because he had some info to give me and then he can answer questions. I was also told not to interrupt him while he was giving me the info. He said it was from a US Cash Advance loan that I took out and didn?t repay and they would rather sue me than try to work anything out. The only thing he verified with me was my name and e-mail address.  Since I never borrowed any money from them, and it?s only been 3 weeks since I started looking into taking a cash advance loan out, I told him this was a scam and when he tried to argue back I hung up.  I called the # he gave me from my cell phone and there was a clicking noise so I hung up. Then about 3 mins later the number that he originally called me from called my cell phone. I didn?t answer and he didn?t leave a message.
