When I informed them I was on the do not call list, I was hung up on, by the man answering the phone. He was soliciting medical insurance sales. I tried calling back only to receive a message that this was a non-working number!? How can a "non-working" telephone number place calls? I was miffed at the rude hang up in mid-sentence.

called soliciting insurance - choose option #1 to speak with an operator, was answered by "Brittany".  I cut her off in mid sentence told her I wanted the name of the company she worked for, she said FAMILY CARE, then I asked for a mailing address, contact number and the name of the CEO; she became miffed and said obviously I did not want information about insurance coverage and hung up on me...

So, what good does it do to post it here?  Is there an agency who can trace  these callers and to determine scams, etc?

This guys number was hacked. We had to change it. He was not making any calls to anyone.
