All the above has happens to me.

I received two calls from this number. I answered the second time. The person sounded like someone
with a strong middle eastern accent. They told me I was about to be sued. I asked why and they continued to state that I had not paid back a payday loan in the amount of $XXX. I replied, that I
was looking at my bank balance sheet on line while speaking to them and that no one had sent, or
wire transferred any money into my account. They then said that they don't have to verify the debt.
I then said that if that is the case, then we are talking about Money Wire Transfer Fraud. I want to get to the bottom of this. Either my bank is lying to me about the wire transfer or the payday loan company is lying about sending the money. Either way, I can easily prove I have not received any money, so this is a serious crime of wire transfer fraud punishable by up to 20 years in the Federal Pen. I need to report this immediately to the FBI. They will need all the information you have concerning this issue.

This company has put me through so much stress this past week.  I contacted my attorney and he advised me to contact my local police department.  Which I did as soon as I could.  This is some B.S. fraud company.  Pay no attention to it. Dont let it ruin your life like it did stressing me out for the past week +

l got a message left today, june 16, 2011, lady with heavy foreign accent, sounded like office people in back ground, some law firm, told me and my retained lawyer to call back immediately, like whatever, nutcase...they also wished me good luck, sounded serious , lady couldn't pronounce my name right, probably a scam...

Today I received a message from Justin Brown from the Law Offices of Parker and Parker and please return my call at 646-481-2152. This Justin Brown says return my call ASAP and good luck. Also just about 15 minutes ago, I received 2 phone calls from my place of employment, in fact it was my physician I work with his office number. This person named Joshua Black said he was calling from my place of employment with an officer. He (Joshua Black also from Parker and Parker) said he worked with me. In no uncertain terms I told him hecwas lying and what department did we work in. Amazinlgly the call suddenly failed.

I have gotten many calls from this idiot using multiple names.  They harassed me so much one day that my Boss even talked to them.  They will not give me any information and while today it is Parker and Parker tomorrow the name will be something else.  When they called last month they called themsevles US Law Office or something.  Anyway complete scam, I have even sat quietly to listen to everything they are saying but they don't even make a point before the call ends and they hung up on me.  I sure wish I could run into the idiot on the street...I got your payment BYATCH!

Hello, yes I too rec'd a call from the above number just today, Thursday, 6-9-11 and one of my co-workers answered the phone, took that number down and wrote Daniel as the contact person for me to call back.  I called them back but it was from my cell phone, because it was a long distance call and I don't make those from my job.  Anyway, I called back several times and got a voicemail.  I would not leave a message, so I called until I got someone.  They said basically the same thing that was aforementioned in the other comments "that they were from a law office"...."they were calling me to collect"....."and they said they had criminal charges against me involving a lawsuit".....

Anyway, I went on to ask them where they got my social and they replied and said that I owed some company named CashUSA $300.00 and I told them that either they were lying or rec'd some info off the internet from a company I dealt w/a couple of years ago (which was may I add, paid off and very ligit) and they're name wasn't CashUSA!  I told them that they were full of b.s. and to stop calling me and that I was turning them into the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  I suggest that any of you that have had to be bothered by these people, do the same.  I have already talked with FTC and they said they get these complaints all the time and to blow a whistle in the phone or call the police, that they are trying to catch up w/those "phone hustlers".

I get daily calls from this number saying I have 3 major charges against me and that I need a lawyer. The person who leaves a message I believe is indian and says before anything bad happens to me call them so that this matter can be resolved.  They say the charges are against my social security number but will not leave any information as to who is suing me. I am afraid to call and give any information as they are stating they will call my employer which is not allowed by company policy.

I get calls repeatedly from these people all day.  They come through many different phone numbers; I had blocked all on my cell phone, but they had this one today.  This time they called my cell phone and my office phone and it came from Joshua Black at the law firm of ?.  I can't understand what they said the name is. All they can do is wish me luck if I dont have my attorney or myself call them.  I did call them once a while back.  The guy (strong Indian-sounding accent) told me that there was a law suit against me.  I said provide the paperwork and asked who it was that was suing me at which time he did not give me any name.  He mentioned the name of my bank and then he proceeded to tell me that I had defaulted on a pay-day loan, which I told him I had never done any such thing.  I hung up after that and have never answered again.  I wish there was something that could be done legally to stop these people!

But same story I owe supposedly cash advance of some sort.. but will not tell me company or where, just that i got the money and i didn't pay it back...PROBLEM, I never got any money.. TOTAL SCAMS don't pay them or give in.
