David Chambers @ Cash4U 646-499-5404 and  Wilson Miller @ 646-807-1505  did the same thing to me that I was approved for $5000 and the money would be in my account in 45 minutes. i have reported David Chambers, Wilson Miller, loan officer to my local law enforcement in my area. I had called the web site for Cash4U and there is NO home office in New York and they did not have my money.

Just got a call from 646-807-1505 saying that I took out a payday loan and that I was going to jail for not paying the loan back.

"John" With a heavy Indian accent called that I was apprived for a $6,000 loan. That I had to pay it back or else they will hunt me down and I couldn't escape. I just went. aliby a along with it. I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM JUST BY THE HEAVY ACCENT

They called me today and told me my loan application was approved for up to 6,000.00.  I told them I just needed 1,000.00 and he said it was approved.  He also told me about having to have a green dot card for 115.00  I tried to find the listing of the phone number on the web and came across this notice.  Thank You all for the "heads up".  I wish everyone would double check on line when these people call.!!!!!  They also e-mailed me and tried to get more information but I didn't give it to them.  The e-mail came from Lending Direct.  You can bet my State Attorney General will here about this tomorrow, along with the FBI.

Got a call from Jack Smith 1-646-499-5404 saying I will be charged 110 dollars for a loan application I filled out, and if I didn't pay the 110 dollars an amount of 1000 dollars will be taken out of my checking account, they are extorting money, they claimed I filled out a loan application a week ago, I spoke to the boss and he threatened me if I don't pay, somehow these people got my info off the internet, Cash 4 You out of Canada, and NY NY.

I just received a message on my phone from 646-499-5404 saying my loan was approved for $6000.00
And to call back  & the money will be in my account within  a 1/2 hour, I have not & never have applied
For a loan.  They talked very fast with an accent and very muffled, I will not call back, but can someone
tell me if this has happened to them and am I doing right by not calling back?

fell for it & it cost me $900 all I wanted was a loan to consolidate & have 1 easy payment. sucks big time & they still call.

This is a scam! they claim to be a loan company, they will tell you to purchase a moneypak card to obtain the loan! Don't fall for it ! Its a scam!!

wilson scammed me $800

i received many call from they with defferents phone numbers.  could someone  help me to stop it.

I recieved a call from this number from a Brian Jones ext 1314. He was offering me a loan to be paid back on a montly basis. The loan would be $1500 and would pay $150 for 12 months, but first I must go get a Green Dot Money Pack card in the amount of $150 and call him back with numbers on the card. First of all I am sure his name was NOT Brian Jones he was hard to understand broken English. I asked if he needed me to fax pay statements he said no need. We just need to know you have the money in your account  to pay each month. Who gives anyone credit without seeing proof of pay or your social security number. He was rushing me too. You need to go now the money can be in your account in half an hour. I am going to jerk him around for awhile....make him think he has me. I am going to call him back with the # on the card and say hold on let me see....ok I see it says F*** OFF YOU A***OLE.

This number has called my home phone daily, left a message today that my loan application is approved and to call back to speak with a loan officer! I've applied for no loans and the guy could barley speak English. I tried calling back and the number is always busy!!! Most definitely a scam!!!

these people call over and over again!!! like 6 times in a row and leave messages about how im running from the cops and im in trouble and i owe money!

they call my house all of the time and never leave a message... never say a word! I hate them! wish I could make them stop. this is not the only number they use either. they have numbers from all over the place! all the same... no message no talking. totally thinking of changing my number after a hundred years! Angry! :(.

646 499 5404 "Mark Walls" from "NY Sheriff''s Office".  A scammer saying it was "urgent".

A man named 'John Banks' from the NYC sheriffs Office and that I must return hios call as it is pertaining to a legal matter!! Also a number being 786-272-0241 with multiple people saying I took out a Payday loan which I did NOT!! Please be very careful people as my Bank knew of all of these people!! These are true scammers and once I told the jerks at the 786-272-0241 that my brother is a federal agent {in which he is} now the number is disconnected ..AMAZING!! another thing is the number being stated above {John Banks with the NYC Sheriffs Office} the number says to leave a message with the Majic Jack customer!! Incredible what People Will Do!!
