I have received several phone calls from them today. They keep threatening to download something to the California Supreme Court about a debt they say I owe. I've never had a loan from any type of payday advance company. Even if I wanted one, I'm self-employed for over 12 years!

I agree, the caller was rude, barely spoke English and couldn't provide any details just "You must pay today or we report you to the courts". Great, report me to California's courts. I don't live in California and have never lived in California.

I just got 6 calls in a row, they refused to give me an address or name of company only that they are a legal department and sending law enforcement to my address......yeah, right.
I am reporting the number to my atty general's office and to NY atty general office......I believe it is against the law to threaten someone.

i got a call from this number and his name is don black and can hardly speak english. when i told him he was a scammer and that i have contacted the police and my atty he got real smart and said that he would send legal enforcement to me because i owed a debt. i told him know i owe nothing. he hung up on me.

they do not speak proper english, they are rude and and they won't tell you what they want...they just want your credit card number....yea right...keep dreaming

They keep calling my phone looking for an Iren.  The guy on the other line has been told that she is not at this number, the gentalman was very rude.  I'm tired of the phone calls, and they have been told plenty of times to stop calling and they do not listen.
