This is a fraud site: http://sex-amigo.com/terms , http://sex-amigo.com/registration , http://banidinptc.webs.com/platasms.htm . It's located in ROMANIA, is one of Dan Diaconescu sites whith he make money by fraud, http://www.urbaniulian.ro/2010/01/26/frauda-p ... -partener-1305/  . I will contact ANPC.gov.ro, because Diaconescu has more dosars on there. One more problem for him, he deserve.

I am really thinking this number is a scam artist computer generated phone number , they ask for your credit card account number, exp date , and Cvc code, but it never mentions which card or company.so please be carefull everyone.

Mine was $-449. Scared the heck out of me!  It said from "mb.alert@ch0ice.com". I tried to log onto ch0ice.com & it is not a valid web site.

I DON'T KNOW WHY I GOT A TEXT FROM THIS NUMBER.

Same! Except it was sent to my husbands phone and he fwd: it to me  Asking what the hell I did... I don't have anything overdrawn so I looked up the message and this is the page it sent me to.

Same here, but my amount was -$449.00. If this was legitimate, it would have listed my account provider's name. Definitely a scam.

Got the exact same message as Henry, at 1:51 PM on 12/01/12.  Why would any legit business send you an alert that was 17 days after the fact??  Definitely a scam.  Not going to call back, though I would like to give them an earful.

Same as above. Balance -329.00. Tried calling and got automation asking for my credit card number. Hung up immediately. SCAM

Just received this text message on my At&t phone:

All of my accounts are currently positive, and what legit company would spell their name with a number in place of a letter, i.e. "ch0ice" <----definite scam! Obviously they are preying on the Christmas shopping crowd since many people buy so many things in a short period of time that many times they can overdraw their bank account without even realizing it, so it's a more believable scam this time of year.

Same text as above but my balance is -$449.00.  I don't even have a credit card, and am not signed up for banking online/mobile. Definite scam.

Just received text to my Verizon phone. Re- balance fell to $-449.00 & contact immediately.

I just received the same text as Henry above, except my negative balance was supposedly -349.00. I checked and all of my credit card and bank account balances are fine. This has to be a scam. BEWARE!

Same message texted to my ATT cell phone number. I also have no negative balances and found this site while researching the number in the text. "From" listed as 1410000007(0)

Got a text:
"Phone-b-alert: Available balance fell to $1329 on 11/14/2012 12 10:22AM ET.  Please contact us immediately" at the phone # above... I called from a different phone and it rang 15 times then hung up on me.  Sure its a scam.  All my Credit Cards are ok and I don't have any negative balances that have my cell phone info... Damn Scammers
