In Kent Washington this son of a B has struck again. Craigslist add exactly like the others except for the names and property have changed. I figured out that he was not the owner when viewing the property and met the current tenants.

I sent $200 to a Lynette West in Norfolk VA. aspiring to be her tenant..lesson learned.
Has anyone called the FBI fraud dept?

I received an e-mail identical to the ones above, except of course for the name and address.    I thought the email looked suspicious so I'm glad I looked here.   I will also report him to craigslist but I wonder how he's still able to do this?

After seeing they wanted to do business through Western Union, we were immediately suspicious. Thank goodness for all of y'alls posts! We contacted the agent of the property and informed her about the scam going on. Hopefully soon this person will be stopped.

He has another listing in Harrisonburg Virginia figured it was scam cause I know the area pretty good and homes don't go for as cheap as he was renting it. We need to figure out who this guy is and get him locked up.
