They posted a home for rent on craigslist. I called about the listing and left a message with my #. Shortly after I get a text message that they are doing missionary work in New York and her husband is doing a construction job in Africa and the only trustee who can let me see the house just lost their parents in a car crash and had to fly to Germany. I let them know where to go and how best to get there. Low life's!!!

I put an ad on craigslist this morning and about an hour later I received a text from this phone number which said he was located in lawerence mass, was satisfied with the price and condition,  was buying it for his son as a gift, he is a us marine in unit7 deployed to puerto rico and wants to pay thru paypal. He also sent the same message to me from another phone number 781 269 1541. What a joke he is, using the service as a reason he is unavailable.

Same thing, Scam. Didn't make sence to me at all why the guy didn't just pay the agent himself.
He used the name Brian though. We filed a report on him and then told him to go f*** himself.

Wow, I got a good deal too.  Selling a Bike on Ebay Classifieds for 200.00 or best offer.  He offered me 220.00  That is the best offer.  But told him I do cash, come on by.  I know I won't see him/her or whatever.  Never wrote back.  Actually after he made his offer and I said I took cash, I wrote back....Terry is that You?  Maybe thats why he didn't reply.

This guy said his name was Bruce Ken and wants to pay me using PayPal. I have read and thanks for your guy's info about him, he's not taking my stuff away for free.

Just got a call from this guy. Tried to offer me more money for an iphone and said he'd pay me through pay pal. Ha.

Nice try Terry,Jerry, David or whatever your name is scammer.

Its not odd at all.  Its standard practice for scammers.

Stop replying to him.  Don't sell him anything.  Don't accept payment from him.

I placed an ad on Craig's List. He texted me he'd buy my desk and credenza thru Pay Pal.  He liked my photo image.  I didn't upload a photo.  I replied for him to call me.  He called.  Very hard to understand.  Several more texts wanting my Pay Pal account.  This is very odd.

Any offers to pay something you are selling using PayPal is a scam. Terry changes his name to Jerry and claims he is a petroleum project engineer on a rig offshore,he won't be able to come for the inspection due to the nature of his work.
It's a scam.

Terry Brown is a good person, which he purchase a car from me and he payed me through pay pal which i got my money from him...so stop saying Terry Brown is a Scammer..Okay..

Terry just offered to purchase an item i had listed on craigslist the day before. He offered to pay via paypal and have his "agent" pick up the item. When questioned about the moving company's name,  license, and insurance as it is a large item he said not to worry. Is anybody really that stupid?

A Terry texted in response to a Craiglist ad.  Based on other comments, Terry is a scammer, if he really was interested he would have called!!  His text showed up shortly after updated the ad on Craiglist.

This person is still up to his bad deeds.  He called me and told me that he wanted to buy something that I had placed on Craig's List and told me that he was paying through Paypal the full amount of purchase and $900 extra so that I could pay the agent for the shipping and that I wouldn't receive my money until the $900 was wired through Western Union.  He is a wack job!!!!!

I posted a car for sale on Craig's list, Terry Brown sent me a text message about 10 minutes later telling me he was going to buy my car, all I had to do was load it onto a flatbed and his "agent" would pay for the car, yeah right Terry.  I'm sure if I continued on with the game, he would have sent me a postal money order that I'm sure was a phoney.  

So he ends up with my car and I get nothing.  I could see this one coming a mile away Terry Brown, nice try but you're not going to get this guy!!!!!

They say on Duck Dynasty, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck...
I'm expecting this to be a SCAMMER!
