They are Scammers from the beginning, Wouldn't you people stop them before they plan something big for scamming us on what they need to terrify us with? Or will they wait for it to be too late like they always have form the beginning. I've decided that they send the seals 6 team over to check and see what they are up to.

Did they harass you in any ways? They gave my wife hell over the phone. Same number Law office of James Miller, secretary known as Heather, gosh they took 900.00 bucks without asking.

Just go to your telephone company web site and BLOCK the offending number, so it will not be able to come thru.
But that's nothing permanent, because those Caller ID spoofers use a number for one day or so, then start to use some other number. The numbers they use are abandoned numbers, not yet reassigned by the telephone companies.

Bottom line: IGNORE IT and never give the other side ANY information. PERIOD!

These idiots have been harassing me for months. They have my info and they work for a payday loan co. They have even called and threatened friends and family saying they were responsible for my debt. The same Asian with a heavy accent and poor English calls. He calls as Mr. Lee, Mr. Smith,...yeah right. He always says i need to report to my county courthouse with my attorney as charges and a hearing date have been set. One time he told me to be there on July 4! Now he is calling again.  He says he does not have to provide me with anything in writing but If i pay by moneygram today $1000 this issue can be resolved.  If I don't he ends with God be with you and your family as this situation unfolds around me. Bite me!

Received a call regarding a legal action brought towards me. Caller stated they were with DCA Law Firm. They knew the last 4 digits of my SSN and asked me to verify and I refused and asked what number they were calling from as their number came through as Out Of Area on my caller ID. Filed complaint with my local Sheriff's Department, FTC, put a fraud alert on my credit reports and spoke to an attorney today and he recommended filing a complaint at the federal level. I filed additional complaints with the Attorney General, the Do-Not-Call registry, NFIC and the FCC.

The number originates from New York and they are not listed with any directory assitant nor is there a company called DCA Law Firm.

Received a call from this number this morning at 11:07 am. Couldn't understand the caller's name and the call came over the caller ID as Out Of Area 0000. Was told the last 4 digits of my SSN and told to verify it. I asked what number they were calling from and they gave it to me and then asked me to verify my SSN again. Told them I did not release that information over the phone. Was told she couldn't release any information regarding the legal matter. Told her if there was a legal matter I would have received paper work and hung up. Called the number back and spoke to a gentleman who also had a heavy accent but understood the company name which was DCA Law Firm asked for the business address and he refused to give that information. I then filed a report with the Sheriff's Department and FTC. Called them back to get the information on the company who supposedly filed the lawsuit and he said that my file had been downloaded and that I would face the consequences of my actions in the morning. Told him a complaint has been filed with the Sheriff's Department and FTC. He said he also filed a report with the same agencies against me. I told him that was good then I could show them the websites that had a list of others who had been harassed from this number on fraudulent law suits.
