I have been harrassed all day at work and via cell by someone who claims there is a legal action against me for a loan taken out with Cash Advance USA. Never heard of a company and very concerned they have my personal information and are harassing me at my workplace. SCAM.....SCAM...SCAM...BIG SCAM BHN K LODO...HAHAHA...AB TUMHARI MAA CHOD DUNGA....

Was called and told that i owed 398.61 or something like that! and that there was a lawsuit going on over this charge! I told him that if there was money deposited into my account well then their loss cuz i never signed a contract for any loan and never accepted any deposit of any amount into my account then i noticed that there was a withdrawl of 90 dollars and that pissed me off cuz it is illegal to enter into accounts and withdrawl without consent from the holder of that account! I would like to pursue this and sue the living daylights out of whoever is behind this!

This person claims to be Jack Adams. He has used other names but the voice and message is the same. I've been threatened with incarceration and a lawsuit for an Internet loan that I didn't even take out. I've already filed a police report with my local law enforcement agency, however I now plan to file suit as the police officer suggested that I should do. I've seen a recent story reported on the local news in my area about this scam - this company is an outsource agency not located in this country, but the supposed head of the company lives in New York, USA.

This man has called my cell phone and place of employment several times throughot the day demanding a repayment for a cash advance. He says I was given a payday loan and demands i pay immediatly when asked to speak to a supervisor andother gentle man gets on the line and says he is the supervisor. I aske d who was above him and he says he in charge. he demands that I buy whats callled a money pak from walmart stores in the amount of 581 and give him the numebers to receive the cash. I have several voicemails where he is threathing to pursue legal action and even get me fired from my job... he says he is from cash advance.com and when i asked for their number to speak with them someone in the same office answered the call.... who do i speak to about this man harassing me.

I was phoned by " office jon murphy " said I need to call "officer Rex Coffee"  said I have an arrest warrent for a fraud claim. So I called "rex Coffee" said this was for a payday loan (that i never took out) thru my citizens bank checking account ( I never had a bank accout thru citizens bank) I told Rex Coffee that i refuse to pay and he told me in 2 days a uniformed officer will pick me up on the 3 charges filed againts me. check fraud and 2 other I couldnt remember.  The 1st pone call i received the caller ID was 1911. The phn # I was told to call was 646-564-5597    Good thing for me I did RECORD  the phone call and I WILL PRESS CHARGES !!!!

THESE CLOWNS HAVE BEEN CALLING ME AND TELLING ME TO CALL BARABRA PRICE AND BOSTON REED AT 646-564-5597 AND I MUST CALL ASAP OR A WARRANT WILL BE ISSUSED FOR ME AND TO GO TO MY LOCAL COURT HOUSE AND TURN MYSELF IN.

Told me there was a warrant out for my arrest and to call a Austin Reed, (who?) and he has tried to contact me???  These people should not be allowed to call your place of employment.

I was verbally threatened, challenged , and abused for a few hundred dollars from 4 yrs ago. I then got a federal agent to call him and place him on edge facing 12 civil suits for damafes and a federal suit for negligence and more.  I hope his dog eats his nuts off before he cooks it for dinner

Received call from officer of Brea, CA police department saying there has been a compliant filed against and I needed to respond within 24-48 hours or police will come to my work or home to avoid this call Randy Smith at (646) 564-5597

they call me to, claiming that she was deputy sheriff in NC and had a warrant for my arrest. I went to the county sheriff office in reported the call and phone no.# they left to call 646-564-5597, which is a telemarketing no.# in NY

got a call today from 646-564-5597 saying i was going to jail if i did not pay them money on some payday loan thats really a scam people beware they told me they were from the North Carolina police dept.

One foreigner she said that i have to report before charged to court she said that i have to report and contact about my info for  6465645597.
oh my god i a tired this scams . why it is difficult to control them?

I could not believe this at all. I've gotten the same call about 1 year ago from a NY phone #, but this time, they've manipulated the caller id to read 911! I told the Michelle lady that I'd wait here at the house for the sheriff to show up and for her to please F$%# OFF. I advised her I knew several people personally that she was naming and the funniest thing is I actually do...I entertained her bulls#$%# for a minute just to laugh about it later. I ended the call with, hopefully the sheriff won't ask me to bring her coffee and then arrest me when I arrive---LOL these are TOTAL SCAM calls and there are numerous complaints with both the State Dept, FBI, and the Attorney General offices. Unfortunately, for now, we must endure it as comedy.

Wait, here's the best part....she identified herself as a Federal employee of The United States of Common division of the TX State Police----I'm really praying NOONE in this country falls for this!!

I received a call 2 he's ago but it showed 911 on my caller I'd.

I just got a call from these people and gave me the cop even to talk to, David Cooper.   Told me I needed to be in New York this Friday March 8th to turn myself in to go to prison, if not they will come to my home or work and arrest me.
They say a complaint of non payment from a company called payday advance loans but when I ask them for numbers or documents to prove this fault, they tell me they are not allowed to do such
They claim to be a "Federal Crime Unit"....sure they are....a I have the goose that lays the golden eggs.
So can you advise me what I can do on my end?  I've contacted the Attorney General here in Florida, I live in Pensacola, and they are aware of this.
Did you go to the police department and file a complaint as well?

got a disturbing call this afternoon from these people, mainly a David Cooper, who said "I had to be in New York on March 8, 2013, this Friday,  in court to be arrested for a complaint filed against my name and social number from some payday advance company of non payment and if not in New York, they will come to my work and or home to put me in jail."
I tried getting him to tell me a phone number to this loan place, he wouldn't and I told him I reported him to the Attorney General here in Florida and he said in a huff manor..."tell them to call me so I can tell them you are going to prison....not jail this time straight to prison."
You cannot understand them when they speak and they make it sound like they are putting you on hold to get you to this David guy when he's right there in the background....you can hear him.
Wherever these people are from....they need to return.

Got a call that I need to call them for a case investigation. They called my job and sister.

received another call from the Wyoming State Police on a 1911 couldn't make out the woman's name, but as she was talking, someone in the back ground was telling her what to say. Told me to contact an officer David Cooper at 646-564-5597. Well in Wyoming we only have ONE area code. Why can't these people be traced and put into jail for EXTORTION, HARASSMENT, and JUST PLAIN STUPIDITY! I AM REALLY SICK OF THIS!

I was told to call this number from someone who called in from a 911 number and said his name was Randy Smith and the other number belonged to a Rex Coffee of the stat Florida fraud unit

Scam, ignore the calls. They can do NOTHING to you.

i recived a call today being threatened to be arrested and put in jail if i did not pay up a payday loan in 2 hours id be arrested.

Hey there i have got the same calls but they say i owe on a FHA home loan and 2 years ago it was a student loan. i filed a police report with the New York Police dept and also with my local police dept. The local police called them and asked some questions the guy on the phone told my local police officer that i have a warrant out for my arrest and i needed to be taken to the local police station and i need to beheld for six months and then they would try to have someone come and pick me up.. the phone 2 years ago the guy called me and said if i didn't pay the loan off he would come to my parents house and do things to my sister and mother then make my dad watch and then kill them.. I came unglued and told him to come on over to southern Illinois and let him see what a country Man would do to his Foreign a##.. the calls stopped till thlast summer in 2012 then they called again this time it was a FHA loan i owed so i went to the police in my town and we talked and i told the cop that if they got a call about some Foreign guy getting a## wiped then just give me a few more mins and i would let them have him Surprising he said no problem. they have called from the 911 number and the 646 numbers to

They called left message.......you have fed arrest warrant, but you can still stop it if you call this # and ask for Officer David Cooper. (I knew she was from India and couldnt understand her!   Called back, She said she was in New York, Office Fed Invs.    Wouldnt answer my questions.

This is for sure a SCAM!!!  Will claim that you owe moeny on a payday loan and then try to get a SS# and credit card number.  If you refuse then they will tell you that a warrant has been issued with your name and even go as far as providing you with a law enforcement phone number, address and of course fake badge number.  Their call always shows up as 911 but then they provide you with a New York cell phone number.  Do yourself a favor and do what I did.  What ever law enforcement number they provide you with call it and turn in all the information they provided you with!!!  I called the local law enforcement in Santa Fe Springs, CA and they are already looking into the case, so please do your part and do the same!!!

Call my work and left a message that they were calling from the Wyoming State Police, stated that I have court tomorrow. Well I work for the state and there is no one who works for the State Police with the name of Mr. Reed. Called them back and told them that if they continue to harass me, my employer, or anyone else that they are being turned in to the local police, FBI, and the FTC. And noone that works for the Wyo state police is from India, or any other mid east country.

The "cash advance" schemes should be illegal.  If you patronize these scams, you have no one to blame but yourself if they start claiming you owe them.

And like the Illinois State police would make a call like this  They call and threaten to arrest you...any sane criminal would simply leave the state.
