I received a call from Card Services (713-000-0001 Texas). So I knew it was a telemarketer so I played the game. When I finally spoke with a "live person" I asked how my number could be removed from their call list? They said in a thick accent "by sending me $1000". They were ranting "I hate America", "you are our slaves", "I have connection here in this country". Not once did they mentioned anything about lowering my credit card interest rate....Haha!!!!!!!!

We tried to call medicaid about a unpaid claim for a relative. This person immediately began calling from this number whe we refused to email data over a email be very careful and do not only pay shipping if anyone says that is all they want for a animal or item for sale. Most of these ads and even links for help can be made too appear ok. But when services or posters seem too helpful or too good of a deal they usually are tricking you.  After a friend used my iPhone all these stupid numbers start showing up be careful

Have talked to Verizon Wireless.  To report these (SCAM) calls you have to call their Security Dept., which they don't post that on their website, so, call the Customer Service # and report to Security Dept. they can look to see the Real Phone Number that called and then work with the Other Phone companies to shut it down.

Call the Phone Companies - Make them Accountable to help solve and reduce the SCAMERS - they have the technology, they just don't want to act unless forced to.

Answered the call just to see what kind of crazy telemarketing scheme it was for. They didn't say anything &  hung up on me.

Got a call from this number, pompt said hit 9 to be taken off list, I hit 9 and got conected to some person who thought I was calling them...

this # 713-000-0001  showed up on my cell  phone and I didn't answer it, figured it was a scam , no voicemail was left , I added the #  to me reject list on my cell phone , Hopefully this will stop them !!!

It's obviously a coward or an idiot when they spoof a obviously bogus number.  000 is not a valid exchange, if you see it on your caller ID DON'T ANSWER IT!!

I received a call from 1-713-000-0001- stating I could lower interest rate on credit cards.  When I stated I had none- he said F*** You! I asked to talk to a manager- he said he was! Then made some screaming sounds and hung up. You can't call the number back-

Tried to call them back but the call would not go thru - scammers need to have repercussions!

Another scam telemarketer offering to lower credit card rates. Even claimed they are exempt from the DNC list because they are the ones who send out the credit card statements. Got verbally abusive.
