A so called investigator named Debra West said that they were going to file felony charges against me because of a payday loan that I hadn't paid. They wanted me to setup a payment plan for monthly payments using my debit card.

They call and start threatening to sue me it was flabbergasted and skeptical, So I did some research and it turns out the whole thing is a scam! >:(

I received a call from the number 000000. I didnt not answer it as i was trying to get some sleep due to the fact that i work overnights. They told me that due to the severity of the situation they couldn't discuss with me what  the voicemail was about. David wilson told me that if he didnt hear back from me by the end of the day it would be smart to have my attorny call him. I have no idea who this person is or what company they are from. This david wilson did have a strong indian accent and i could hardly understand what he said...

This is a criminal extortion ring operating out of India. ABC News released an investigative report on it in June. The FTC has indicted one of its ringleaders for criminal fraud:

Same number but Mike Brown called me...have received many of these phone calls from different numbers but same voice.

One time I called back acting as my attorney and the guy said it was Pizza Hut!  BAAAHHHAAA should have asked if he still had the 2 pizzas for $10 special!

I just ignore the phone calls and let them leave their stup little messages.  They stopped calling work because I had our University Counsel answer one of their calls and he threatened them with a lawsuit because it is against the law what they are doing.

He's going by Max Johnson this time, right an Indian guy with that name. Went by a different American last time... new number. We blocked calls from a different one already.

Called me (strong indian accent) and said if I didn't pay a dept now there would be police at my door in 20 minutes to arrest me. I said, how much do I owe? He said $546 dollars. I said, I'm broke but have 3 fine w***es working the streets and asked if he'd accept some free blow j**s from them for the amount owed. He said, he couldn't do that. I then said, how about if I let you suck my D*** and he said, that would do either. I said how about my sister, she's only 18 and still a virgin. He said stop being stupid. I said, if you can give me 2 weeks I'll pay you 1.2 million dollars for your troubles because I have a big drug deal going down that I will make 3 and a half million on that there's plenty money for both of us & I'll even give you a good south american drug lords contact info so you can deal direct with him & get rich. He hung up after that.

david wilson(strong indian accent) called from 917-268-9159 told me to call 646-569-9038 said very important and that if I didnt call today to have my attorney call tomorrow. I have received calls directly from the 646 number but he used a diff name. I even told him he had the wrong number.

threatened to come hunt me down at place of residence or work if i didnt call back by end of day. says his name max johnson he wanted me to call 6465699038 when i called back.

i also recieved a call at my place of business from a david walker wanting to inform me there is a legal lawsuit on me and asked for my attorneys phone number. i never took a payday loan online and he also read me my last 4 digits of my social security number. i also had same call be4 on this problem from a differ phone # nd guys name was alex watson. but differ number. this is scam and i had already reported this to my local police station. and they are investigating on these foreigners calling me and threathning me at my place of business.

That's the number that they called from, this Jordan Jones fellow with an accent said I had criminal charges. They called my work. Same calls that I got twice. He said I need to pay a fine for a payday loan that I haven't took from a company I never heard of. I didn't want to pay anything that I haven't taken out so they directed me to a "Rick Brown" who was an "officer" with an accent. He explained my charges and totally went off subject and asked if I was married. I said no and he asked if I wanted to be. Gross, I hung up. It was getting awkward and I knew it was a scam. They called again at my work and the "Rick Brown" person asked why I hung up, seemed like he was upset. But I said "Not a time to discuss this. Goodbye." Hung up. They never called again.

I received a call from these people saying that I am being summoned to court for a payday loan however I have never gotten a payday loan.

I had this call last night.  My husband took the call.  Would not give any info from who he is with or what the call pertained too.  All he told my husband was that i was going to be in big trouble come this Friday.  Again, would not say what this is in regard to, nor would he tell my husband who he was with.  Complete Scam.  Beware

Got a message from this number, very threatening and harassing.

Called the number, no answer. 2 minutes later, some Indian is telling me he's from some law office and if I don't have my lawyer contact them by Monday, they were going to sue me.

I asked for what? Response: You have an unpaid PayDay Advance loan!!  HUH???? Never took one out... Looked at them once, but never picked one out.

I told them to send me proof of deposit.  He started yelling at me at how they're going to file suit on Monday.

I just hung up on them. SCAM!!!
