done this but is this a scam?  nowhere to place code given!

Got the message with a code number to claim prize...............and couldnt get into the site provided to
claim the prize ..............Not sure what is happening as i had entered a competion for a iphone/pad on facebook and thought i had won  only to find i have no where to enter the supplied code let alone the invisible prize.......
