new scam number

so what happen the same thing happen to me

I was called from Officer Nick Johnson, American Law & Enforcement dept, New York.  I was told that I was listed as a reference person, which means I was a co-signer, therefore being charged for fraud. The money deposited into an account (not in existance) 12/08.  I advised to proceed with the charges and my attorney will sue for fraud.  I received another call the next day and the msg stated he wanted the name and phone  number of my attorney so they can start proceedings.

This caller called me claiming to be an "officer of the law"..... leaving a message on how vharges were being pressed on me, Im almost positive they are trying to steal people's financial information.
