They called. asked for owner. i think he said his name was "justin" suuuuuurrrre. i put them on hold and let them sit until they hung up. :-D

Calls 3 or four times a day to my cell phone. Never leaves message. I blocked them via my Verizon account.

Calls from this number began about six weeks ago and I don't think there has been a day since then that I have not received at least one call. Some days I have gotten as many as six, and now and then there will be two or three within a minute or two of one another.

I can't imagine what they expect to accomplish. To my view it is just harassment. What did I ever do to you, you freaks???

Received several of these calls @ my place of work, I don't answer as I know they are scams they have called several times from 9-17 to 9-24 including a Saturday which we are not open on Saturdays. PIA!!!

Man with a heavy accent says he wants to talk to us about our phone.  He says it's not a sale call.  I told him I'm not interested, and was busy.  I finally had to hang up on him.  I get many calls a day from this number.

Many, many calls from 646-583-3411. They refuse to remove my phone number from a list. Won't let me speak to a manager.
I am not a business. I am an employee of a community college. Our IT department handles all of our telephone needs.
When I explain this, they either hang up on me or call me stupid. Yeah, insult me, that'll get me to buy your phone service. Ugg.

Not all should "die".  Some people that have been laid off from their jobs may have only been able to get a job telemarketing.  It always pays to be kind and tell them politely you are not interested and that you are on the "do not call" list.  They will usually take your number off (because not to do so is illegal).  Don't hate like that...it will eat you alive.

Someone calls and they don't say anything.  No idea who they are.

This number called, I didn't answer and then I looked it up.  Thanks for all the information.  I have now blocked the number with a phone blocker I bought on Ebay.
If they use another number, I will add that to my block list.  This little device can hold 1,500 numbers!.
Eventually all I hear is the old wall phone in the kitchen ring once, then nothing.  I get a big smile on my face because it block one again.
Phone blocking devices allow it to ring once and then throw them into a 'black hole".

This guy has been calling me almost 6 times a day for the last 2 months. I am an attorney and if I have his address in California, I will make his life a living hell and will make him pay dearly once I sink my teeth into his hide. He has ignored over 50 requests from me to stop calling. I want him badly and my life's mission is to make him wish he never lived after I get done with him in court.

For the last two months, the people at this number call me between 2 to 6 times a day. I have been polite and have asked them to quit calling me. As a result, they call me even more. It shows up on my cell phone and I usually ignore them. Other times I engage them and then put them on mute and let them talk for a minute or two. This wastes their time. If everyone did this, they might get the message. I asked them one time where they are located in California and I was told in Irving, California. I cannot find a business called Biz Phone. I am an attorney and if I can find a location in California, I will sue them and put them through the ringer (no pun intended). If anyone can locate them, please email me at parmaesq@cs.com and I will personally go after them like a pit bull. They have made my life stressful with close to 400 calls. If they see I am not interested, do these idiots really believe that I will pay $40 a month to take calls for my business over the computer? I told them why should I use them rather than Skype which is much cheaper.  They also have a network of other numbers in other states to make these same annoying calls. If I sink my teeth into them, they will pay dearly in court. They are making this a personal mission and my quest will make them remember my name for the rest of their lives.

If you have a smartphone odds are you can have the call sent directly to voicemail by adding it to your reject list.

Call your phone service and they will block the phone number so you do not receive any more calls from them. That's what I did just this morning (I have Verizon and it is a free service). Take care.

They called me today asking my age name if i had siblings my mom came asked them who they were and they hung up.Scary!

I know for a fact that the person who calls me from this number is a guy named Ryan Lucas, he uses this number along with 646-583-3412, 646-583-3416, 3415 etc. My girlfriend and I have been having on going problems with this guy for over 2 years. I have found a way where I can legally post his home address, name etc to let all you know who this piece of s*** is. Don't be fooled by the different voices, he uses a voice disguiser. I will have all his information posted up here in the next few weeks.

Called on my phone everyday in the morning, sometimes two times a day. My answering machine answer it but they did not leave any message, they just hang up. It's been two week now. Scam caller.

They call my cell 8/19, 8/20 x2, 8/21 x3, 8/28, 8/29 x2...thks to 800notes I ignore them and let it roll to Vmail. They leave no message but starting to tick me off. Figure out how to block this number for awhile until they quit call.

If only the national do not call list actually worked :-(

RUN/HANG UP DO NOT TALK TO THEM !!! SCAM !!!

Calls from 646-583-3411 regarding our telephone lines.  Asked them to remove us from their call list without any success.  Very annoying!

Calling each day (my 925 area in north california)  in the morning and keep silent. Placed call back and get the ansvering macheen with fimale indian aksent.

Come on, the FTC can shut the number down if they want. Received numerous calls from this number in the last few days. The last one this morning......a Saturday.... twice. The first time they called, a man with a heavy accent asked to speak to the owner of my business, I asked what this is regarding, he said he was from "my telephone company" I replied, "no you are not" and hung up on him. Then the harassment started, a number of times they have called, ringing only twice before hanging up. They didn't even wait for the answering service to pick up.

These people seem to be a sweatshop in Asia (probably India) and use a New York forwarding phone re-router.  They have been calling us two or three times a day for 3 months now.  We spoke to the FCC and were told that there is little they could do.  They say it is a scam and can help if we know who the callers are.  The FTC have registered thousands of these complaints throughout the US.  Apparently we should not answer and wait for the investigations to produce a result.  At home we turn the ringer off at night, family and friends will leave a message.  Thank you and keep on truckin'

This company calls everyday.  We are a business in southern CA and they call from NY.  They have old owners information and they are trying to get ours.  When you ask them questions about their company they hang up. They try to verify how many phone lines we have and want our fax # and insist we can get a better rate but they don't give any information about themselves.  Guy who calls does not speak English so its hard to understand what they are saying anyways.

The 646 583 3411 began calling me Monday, 5 times, 4 after I asked them to quit. They have called 2x so far, starting at 8 am, called 1 minute after I asked not to be called again. I was told they are in Irvine, CA, uh huh, and they are a business called Biz Ringer.

Asked for the owner of the company. I put them on hold until they hung up.

Called 4 times this morning, hanging up before answering. Called number and got rings and disconnected 3x, the 4th time got answering machine that says all were busy to call back later. (woman's voice Indian accent)
Please die and go to the hot place!

Update: I have Ooma, was able to blacklist the number.

Same here-I've been getting calls from this number for two days, today about five times so far. It's gettin' old fast! Won't leave a message, of course.
