Got a voicemail from an unknown number, guy with thick Indian accent identified himself as "Paul Harris"  and left a message for someone I'd never heard of.  In the message he told that person to call this number, and tried to sound threatening about it.  Amusing the first time, but tiring after the third time.  

I called this number, woman (again with thick Indian accent) answered "NLLC Law Firm" and hung up when I asked her to repeat it.  Hung up again when she recognized my voice the second time I called.  On the third time, I disguised my voice and asked her to take my number off her list.

Got a call from this number. The caller left no message.

I got the same call over and over. They did give me an address and it is a legit legal firm being used by this company. It's a fraud. There is an ongoing investigation about this with the REAL Morgan Attorney's and Associates. They get 3 to 4 calls a week. Do not send them anything like I did. They will be caught. A Jon Matthews and David Jones are usually the callers. Funny they all have famous names. Too bad he wasn't the real Davey Jones. He'd be fish food.

239-217-4061 <--- was first called and left this number to return their call to a Rachel Johnathon, and it was LLC Law Office. Now there is no Rachel Johnathon there, so they say. They say there never has been one. They say they are Legal and General Group???

How does a telephone number switch to a new company with 3 weeeks.. and I spoke to Rachel Johnathon when she answered the phone by stating each of the company names... ??? and now there is no rachel johnathon??? wow! how lame are they!!?

Daniel Brown just called again left a threatening message.  This is a scam and they need to be stopped.  They have been calling me for almost a year now on my cell and work #'s.  They keep changing their phone numbers and names.  I now report every call I get to the Federal Trade Commission website.  I hope nobody has actually fallen victim to their outrageous claims.  Anytime they call they make up different amounts and dates.  They obviously have somehow hacked into people's personal information on the computer.

they called my job more than once said i would loose my job and had to go to court tomarrow at 11am .. also he told me 4 different amounts that i owe, they new most of my info except the had my birthday wrong the bank they said i had used was closed non exsisting since 2008 but the loan was in 2009. i no i have not taken out a loan online i am calling the police and attrny general..they will not do this to anyone else...i talked to a lawyer that specializes in the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICE ACT!!!! he will be representing me....

i got the same number i say you go to the cops and sue this mother f****rs....i think everyone should sue them...find out who they really are....they need to learn a big lesson.

What can be done.  I knew this was a scam when they said they were calling my employer.  I don't have one.  But when I told the guy he was scamming re rattled off my social security number.  Where are they getting this information.  I didn't verify my ssn but was concerned.  I hung up on them and when they called back, I didn't pick up and they left a voice mail with the phone number.  Who do we report this to?

Wow i was almost scared for a min. So unknown number called me and i answered pretending to be somone else. Wen i called back to a lady answered and explained the charges of fraud and whatnot. Cudnt give me a court date or even a date wen i took out a loan. Got mad and hung up wen i started asking questions.  Im not too worried. I have a new address job and bank account. If i really did something wrong den ill get a reall supoena. But i highly doubt that.

Same thing happen to me man by the name of Justin Smith #646-626-6117 called and left a threatening message. It's a scam don't get fooled. They use all kind of tactics. Hope they get caught. It's ashame to harrass innocent people.

How can i stop them from calling me. they tell me the same thing. that need my lawyer to call them. the keep calling my job.

Called today, and I have received these type of calls in the past, and it's happened alot over the last 2 yrs.  Same sounding foreign Indian guy, same threatening message.  I've reported them to the FTC before and also the Office of Homeland Security, but it still keeps happening!

An Indian male left me a message to call the listed number so I called back. An Indian female answered and asked for my phone # so she could look me up. After giving it she said I am alleged of theft and fraud. I asked what law enforcement agency they were file charges through and the sweet Indian lady hung up. Nice. Made me hungry for some Indian food. I hate scams!!!

my phone call was just like Mandi's. A lady name Rachel Johnathon called my cell today left me a message and then called my job as well. She told my I had a court date for tomorrow at 11am. She never told me where. Then she acted as if she was in shock that I didnt recieve any type of paperwork. I told her I dont owe anythign she told me to listen to what she had to say and not to interrupt. She began to talk about fraud and theft being held against me for not paying back the loan. Something that I never did. When I told her that I didnt take the loan out she told me to hold on to speak wither her supervisor Mike Davis. Their accents were very strong and the names didnt make any since. He got on teh phne and I told him the same as the lady that I didnt owe and i was goin to pay. They called my job they called my cell they even knew the last four of my ssn. They even tol me the bank that I supposively used to get teh money into my account. The supervisor got upset when i got mad and hung up on me. when I googled the num 646-626-6103 it came up as a scam. I called them back and let them know I knew about their company and a man name Kevin told me not to call them back. They told me on my voicemail that if i didnt return the call they wished me luck and God Bless. How do you tell someone that and you are trying to get their hard earned money. they thought they were goin to get me but you cant fool a fool. May God have mercy on their souls.

I got a call from LLC Law firm stating that I owed them $5,484.87 from a cash advance that I took. They told me that I was going to be taken to court for fraud and theift. That I would lose my job. They called my old employer telling them of this all. I asked them when my court date was they couldn't tell me just keep telling me that I need to pay this amount. They knew my email address, date of birth, my bank account numbers, and where I lived and who I lived with. I told them I never took a cash advanace in my life and that I wasn't going to pay it. They contiune to leave threating voice mails for me to call them back. Called them back once and hung up on them. They number they gave to call was 646-626-6113  his name was Charles Green and Alex Warren.

calls my job n ask for my lawyer ,tells me to $ 1095 ,charles green was the person they are llc law offc he tells .i think they are scammers

Called twice, supposed caller Daniel Brown and Charles Green ( are they colour coded ) from the LLC Law firm, asked for my attorney, claimed that I had committed a major fraud along with my employer, when challenged put the phone down, I called again and asked for written proof, ref numbers, they couldn't answer and put the phone down again.

broken english rep claim his name was allen wood, but he had a thick foreign accent.  Left a message at my job for me or my atty to call him back.  I've had this type of call from a different number for someone else who previously had my phone number.
