I have also been gettin calls from jake Tyler but with a differ number leavin similar messages of a threatening nature

They called my job looking for my cousin and threated to send me to jail.  So I called back from a different number and said that I was a detective with the Cincinnati Police Dept.  They hung up and so far no more calls

I AM GETTING PHONE CALLS SAYING VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN IF I DONT COOPERATE WITH THEM. HE SAID HIS NOAME IS JAKE TYLER, MIDDLE EASTERN HEAVY ACCENT WITH AN AMERICAN NAME...COME ON !!!!HUGE RED FLAG!!!! I HAVE STARTED TO CALL THEM FOUND ALL THEIR NUMBERS AND HAVE TOLD THEM I KNOW WHO THEY ARE WHERE THEY ARE AND I HAVE REVERSED THEIR GAME AND I CALL TO COLLECT FROM THEM. IT IS HOME NUMBERS. EASY TO TRACE IF YOU LOOK IT UP RIGHT. THEY DO NOT CALL ANYMORE, BUT DOES NOT STOP THEM FROM CALLING OTHERS.

Report these people to the FTC. They are phantom debt collectors. Go to the FTC website and educate yourself about these type of scam artists. They try to scare you with jail time and threaten you. they claim they are from the FBI or say they are attorneys and then another time say they are officers of the law. They are nothing but scam artists and thieves. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Report them to the FTC. They need help finding these people and putting a stop to them. They have heavy Indian accents and always go by english names like James Parker or John Wright. Big Red Flag!...turn them in and dont be afraid of them. Laugh and yell at them and tell them how you feel about the scum bags.

James Parker with Indian accent called from this number saying that my information and social security number is involved with some sort of crime. Being a professional with no criminal history or activity I knew this was a scam, but had my personal information. I reported them to theFTC for identity theft and miraculously since have not called again since I filed the report. Also, another person was calling again with Indian accent from a different number and all of the sudden tno calls from them either. Repport to the police. Get an affidavit from FTC and a credit alert with the three credit agencies. Protect yourself people. Dont give them money or let their scare tactics force money into the hands of thieves. Even if you have not become a victim of identity theft, the FTC is trying to stop these phantom debt collectors in their tracks and we all can help by filing complaints of identity theft and forward the numbers. These people also are impersonating officers of the law which is a crime. They say a number of things like they are with the FBI. The stories are endless. Just know that when I put the heat on one, they both stopped calling. They have different numbers but from same call center. Big scam. See what the FTC says about phanom debt collectors. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AND REPORT!

They keep calling telling me payment due next day or I will be sued and thrown in jail. Say a law firm but won't give me his bar number which by law he is required. Very rude and calls nonstop. Saying from pay loan which I have never had.....reporting to authorities. Uses the name John Smith and Jack Williams.

I get the same phone call several times a day from 646-652-7397 and 951-389-0283. They have a very heavy Indian accent, and say they are Michael Johnson, John Michaels, and a hundred different names. I was told I would lose my job also, and go to jail, be so so sorry.. etc.. Well I don't have a job, and I do not have any loans. I would not call them back but one time "DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!' Then block the number. Do not put any info on yourself on the internet for surveys, free coupons etc. UNDER NO circumstances pay them any money.

Be aware..there is no "debtor's jail" and you can not be arrested for an unpaid debt. You can be sued in civil court, not criminal court. These people are scammers and have gotten your personal info from online or from a previous loan you made of had or just applied for. SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not pay them 1 cent

I am experiencing exactly the same as everyone else I called the number back after a threatening message. The guy was rude and also told me I was going to lose my job, but I do not owe any debts for payday loans.

They keep calling my job, will not give me any of his information, but wants all of my information.  They know everything about us, but won't give out any info.  I did get a name of James Faulkner.  Gave me the phone # 646-652-7397 and an address of 633 New Ranbo Street   New York, NY  11051.  He is VERY rude on the phone.  Keeps threatening me,  told me to wait and see what happens at my job tomorrow.  Laughed and hung up.

I don't know how these people got all my personal information, but they knew who I was employed with and where I lived. They've called me several times and some guy with a very thick accent left me a message stating he was calling from an attorney's office. They are so rude, I refused to talk to him and he hung up on me, so his "supervisor" immediately called me back stating he was with a law firm and I would spend up to 160 days behind bars if I didn't pay off my debt. I asked who the collector was and he stated it was a pay day loan company. I asked for the amount and he said if I paid $200 today, it would be considered "PAID IN FULL" and they would not pursue the charges.
I don't recall ever getting a pay day loan with the company called "Advance payday loan" so I"m not sure how they got all my information. Is this a scam?

I continually get repeated calls from 646-652-7397 also. The person leaves me a voice message saying his name is Rodney Wilson. He has a very strong Asian accent which is very hard to understand. He repeatedly says that me or my attorney needs to contact him "Off Record" at the number he gives and if I do not that the situation that will unfold on me will be my problem. He doesn't give any information as to what the call is about. The call comes in as unknown so I do not answer it. I only give out my cell phone to family & friends and how this "so called person" got my number I have no clue. I have contacted the local police and they told me it is a scam. Do not answer your phone and do not give them any information as that is what they are wanting you to do so they can scam you out of money. Supposedly this person has went by several names including Officer Mike Stephenson from the police dept. He has also said he was with the FBI and with an Attorney. This is the same person who continually calls and just so happens to give a different name. I'm laughing because they won't get any info from me. I don't answer the calls and don't respond to the voice mails, I just delete them after saving them in  my archives just in case I need them for the police. This is what they told me to do.

The caller from this number was UNBELIEVABLY rude.  I am a stay at home wife and mother and have NEVER had a payday loan and neither has my husband.  Threaten me with jail and would not allow me to say anything.

I recieved a call from these people around 8:30 tonight. My husband had took the message. The calller said his name was Jim Ross. I do not know who he was and what the call was about , because he wouldnt tell my husband anyting. Please people dont go online an put any of your personal imformation on there of any sort. This will start a line of calls such as this. I can assure you that i havent gotten any payday loan from anyone. I will be reporting this to the FCC.

These people call my job and my phone 10 times today and i called back and say i owe $800.00 for a loan. I asked who the company was that i got the loan from, and what date i recieved the loan? the guy on the phone told me but because of his accent i couldnt understand him. he wouldnt repeat himself, he had all my information but nothing on the actual loan. I asked to speak with someone else, he told me there was no one else, i asked for a supervisor he said he was the supervisor! Very rude! I told him send me to court and hung up. Not even a min later, someone else called from there. told me i was gonna go to jail for 106 days and lose my job! I told him about the other guy i spoke to, and he asked me again what i wanted to do. These people kept calling my boss. Dont know how they got her work number but yelled at her also. i told them NOT to call that number anymore and he said they can call pretty much when they want to!! these people are nuts!!! After i hung up on them the frikken people called 5 more times!! I told them to send me to court, why do they keep calling if i said i wasnt gonna pay!! its a total scam!!

I continue to get calls from this number as well as 707-508-4204 -- same company.  They are threatening me and verbally abusive.  I believe this is a scam of some sort!

A guy saying his name is Jack Williams was referencing this number and threating me just like others above. There is an epidemic going on with about three to four guys swapping phone numbers and trying to scam people. Same voice and players...total BS

This number is calling our business about an employee who they claim owes a debt from a payday loan. Our employee knows nothing of this debt.  They continually call our business cell phone.  Told them to contact the person with the debt and not us!  Very rude and would not let us speak with a supervisor.  One of the times they called, they said they were the FBI!  Liars!  They continue to call many time a day.  We will be filing a complaint.

I received a call from this person warning that this is the last time that they are calling me. They don't leave any information. Who are they?

I receive a call from this number and they are extremely rude and don't have any respect for anybody...  they call me idiot and much more and they call them self  a law firm.. caller: unknown MR:Williams completely rude and beyond no manners....

Calling my work and union hall looking for me. is extremely rude on phone. on the verge of losing my job over this. they wont leave info.
