I don´t even know if they called me or not - I just found out that they took  175 $ off my credit card. The company who charged me was listed as TNC INDPHOTOPHOTOGRAPHYNTWK 646-654-4808

I did not receive a call from this number either but they did take $45 from my credit card!

I too was mystified today about a very recent charge on my credit card which traced to this phone number (646-654-4808).  

This number belongs to the Nielson Company (magazine publisher) who publishes many magazines, including Photo District News.  I just entered a photography contest which cost $35. per each image submission, hence I solved the mystery for myself.

When I called the above phone number, I got a message saying, "Hello, you have reached a disconnected number formerly belonging to the Nielson Company.  For further information, please call 646-654-5000.  I called the newer number and got the Nielson Co operator who told me that they published Photo District News, along with several other publications.  Hence, my mystery was solved.

I have 4 charges to my credit card that were unauthorized.  Only the phone numbers and "TNC" are on the charge numbers: 1-646-654-4766  and 1-646-654-4808

This looks like The Nielsen Company IPNStock.com (The Independent Photographer's Network). Perhaps you purchased a stock image?

The Nielsen Company (TNC/Business Media) owns PDN magazine, PDN's PhotoServe.com and a host of other magazines (The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, etc.) Unfortunately, this phone number is placed on all credit card statements and it isn't very much help. If you submitted photos to a PDN contest or signed up for a portfolio at PhotoServe.com -- and want to discuss the charge with your sales rep, please go to the website, www.photoserve.com and click on "Contact Us" and select your rep. We apologize for the confusion due to what corporate puts on credit card statements.

This company stole $150 from my bank account, and I have never heard of them - or authorized any purchase whatsoever. The number they used was different (on my bank statement). It was 646-654-4766. How the f*** have they been getting away with this for 9 months (first report up top was from OCTOBER).

TNC/Business Media charged $199 to my credit card.
I disputed the charge.

My credit card company called and alerted me of this fraud. I had to cancel my credit card! Who are these people?!!

I was charged $20 but that was because I submitted photos to a photo contest.

I just got a $55 charge on my card, and I realized it was from a photo contest that I entered from an industry magazine called PDN (Photo District News). I'm thinking its from their parent company, I forget who they are.

Same happened here only $145.

They charged $395.00 on my credit card.  Do you know who they are?
