Called asking for Grandpa (guess I sound old)  as he got information he said he was my son. Who won a trip to watch soccer at work and was now in Panama in jail. Half way through conversation I handed the phone to my wife while I Google'd this number. And found this page. I then ask the person what his birthday was and he just said don't you know when I was born. blah blah... At this point I told my wife to hang up. Which he replied don't you want to help me your son. We both hung up.
We then called our son and he is fine at home getting ready for work.

Number called left no mess. Looked up  area code. I don't know anyone in New York.   Followed it to this website. Just reporting. What I have.  

Trying to say they sold us advertising. They also like to block their number so it comes up private caller.

Got a call from this number the guy had a foreign accent. He stated he was calling from Vendor Services Technical Dept. He also stated that someoone trying put a virus on my computer. I told him my telephone company keeps me upgraded with all the latest security and I hung up on him.

I got this call on the 2nd ring, picked up and got a b/z signal.

Said doctors reporting service of Texas.  Trying to collect bill paid in April,

got a call from this number the woman asked for my wife she said her name was joyce when asked what she wanted she hung up

Got a call from that same NY number at 7:33pm on a Monday night and there was no message, and at the end it said, "goodbye". don't know anyone from NY. I love caller ID, and I have anonymous call rejection through my phone provider and I'm on the do not call list.

Same here also. Guy with a foreign accent called the house & my daughter answered. She said the guy wanted to come over & fix our computer & asked if her parents were home & she said no. I called my mother to pick her up immediately & then called our local Sheriff's Dept.Sounds like the call came from Manhattan Or Brooklyn, New York.

907 is not a Montana area code. 907 is the area code for Alaska. Specifically, 907-527 is Nunapitchuk, Alaska.

Same call.  Had it last year also.  Guy goes through a whole story about viruses on my computer and after 10 minutes tells me that for 60 dollars or so they can fix it.  Nonsense.
This time when he called I told him that Microsoft doesn't make personal phone calls.  He babbled for awhile trying to convince me that he represented Microsoft through a reputable company.  I told him he was full of it and that I'd be sure to call him back the next time I wanted to be scammed.

I called a friend and this is the number that showed up on her caller id.  Who was it?

Well I got a call from this number. It was a foreign  guy, Indian I think, claiming he was from Microsoft and they had noticed that my computer had downloaded a virus. I told him that I keep my computers clean and he insisted that there was and was going to show me where they were. CLICK! Hung up on him.

This number has been showing up regularly on my mother's phone over the past few days--both a. as a direct call from 646-722-0263 and b. as a subrouted or hijacked call.

Regarding the latter, an individual called twice from a nearby town (907-527-XXXX) to speak with mom; however, 646-722-0263 was the number that showed on my mom's caller ID. Needless to say, she didn't answer the phone until the answering machine picked up, and the caller identified herself as the daughter of one of mom's close friends. I don't know how the 646-number overrode a small-town direct dialed Montana number.

I received a call twice from this number looking for my cousin. He said he got our phone # from a farmer call list saying my cousin bought some drill bits from my home #. He lives 30 miles away from me. Not possible. He also gave me this # for my cousin to call him back 800-219-7790. SCAM.
