Last few times I have blasted an air horn in their ear after talking real quietly so they turned up the volume. But that is annoying to everyone in my house. It's useless to fight. Just add every number to a contact that has a silent ring and no vibrate and give up. They will adapt like a virus and then use new area codes, but I learn as well. It's a lifelong illness that you've caught, so just treat the symptoms and move on.

This telemarketing me during the middle of the day and addressed me by my first name.  Annoying and persistent, I've received about 3 calls from them over the past 2 months.

Edwin Valbuena here. The one who posted that comment is kinda awkward and it constitute harassment. If you look closely at his post it have nothing to do with the complaint that they were having.

I think the one who posted it have the insider knowledge of call centers for he knows autodialers which telemarketer uses for their outbound calling.

We dont even have any medical/health account. And we are more of a consultancy group :)

Flogging meds. They pretend they are based in NY, then they tell you there is no supervisor. Pinoy accent. Plenty of folks in the background. Then they tell you are being recorded. Finally they leave the phone off the hook and try to wait you out. Then they hang up.

Somebody needs to set up an autodial program that simply calls them every 2 minutes and hangs up. Their number is 1(866) 552 4955

Repeated hang up calls

Got the same number calling again.  Once week. Selling med. I have asked before to not call again but that does not work.

I've learn to say hello only once.  After I say hello, nobody response and the line is connected but quiet.  Seems it is an automatic dialing machine that wait for the second hello to put on someone or a voice message.  Same thing happens often but with different phone numbers.

After threats ranging from legal action too violence the calls I was getting stopped for about a month. Yesterday I got another call and I've finally decided to take the short trip to NY file a police report. Does any one have a complete address for these people other than just the 6th street one.

I have had a couple calls from this number for about a year now. I have told them time and time again to quit calling. We asked to be removed from their calling list and they still keep calling.

Got a call but no one said anything. I said hello a few times but there was no response.

everyone knows not to call me before noon on saturday, so when I get a 9am call, I know either my mom died or it's a goddamn telemarketer. I don't care if they call when I'm not home, it's just when they call and wake me up, even close to midnight. All these posts are the same. They will not take you off any list. Anne Rodriguez from Alliance Healthcare located at 6th Avenue 27th Street. She actually believes it's an address even though I tell her there she needs to give me a street address. I have played around with her, ask her out on dates, yelled at her, threatened to sue her, you name it. She has tried to pretend she is a different person each time, now I got Lana Cruz who is half American and half Phillipino and grew up in texas--that made me laugh, but not really. Last time I called back I said, "Remember me?" and she said, "I didn't call you sir I just heard the phone ring and picked it up but I'm on break and this isn't even my desk." I think she was even laughing while she said it. I guess it is fun to get away with lying. She told me it's all computerized etc etc, so basically I don't think SHE is actually calling, but if YOU call back that number from your caller ID, it gets routed to her, and she talks to people like us all day long with the same non-information trying-to-be-polite and legit tone of voice. I told her I would use my computer to call her every 30 seconds all day if she didn't stop and asked her how she would like it if she got harrassed like that. And, of course, she gave a canned response, "Oh, I'm sorry for your inconvenience...... sir etc etc." She has been trained. Well trained. She has hung up on me many times by just clicking off (so as if it isnt rude), and other times she puts me on speaker phone or hold, and today it was a test who could stay on for the longest without talking. It's strange that she really tries hard to sell meds, or keep answering questions for as long as possible, and then other times she hangs up. I asked her what Healthcare she takes, and she said "We just need a credit card." Maybe she thinks we're all stupid, or maybe she's so out of touch with the world in her little shack in Asia that it doesnt matter once she goes home to feed her 10 kids. She knows I'm not interested and I don't think SHE is compensating by SELLING anything, but rather just to talk to us. I don't think SHE ever calls out, but thats the number we see. I get "Blocked Caller ID" and 888 numbers, and I'm 99% sure it's all them. Maybe my phone # jumps to the top of their list if I stay on the line with them for so long (it's just me calling them back on caller ID now). They call what seems to be EVERYDAY, and many times 3-10 times/day after checking caller ID. Unfortunately I forward my home phone to my cell phone and I can't escape. She tells me a website that keeps changing, and somehow I ended up at www.drugstore.com, which is a real site and I ordered stuff from them (NOT meds). I complained to them via their privacy rules and never followed up because I don't think they would be that stupid to give out my info, but I think the calls started around 3-4 months after I orderd deodorant from them.
To sum it up, it puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day and I waste an hour typing this. It's an endless cycle. I am now researching http://www.person-to-person.net/

This is a very good idea.  I think I'm going to try it.

The guy who called me was extremely rude and refused to give me the name of the company he was representing.  I kept asking him what company he was calling from, and he kept saying from "Hell, you, idiot."  I cursed him out, and he or someone from their office calls again, I am going to try to sell them insurance.

Must've made 4 reports to the Do Not Call Registry, they call only my cellphone so far and are still calling once or twice every goddamn week. Once I called back and let the phone ring and ring for about 10 minutes and someone finally answered with an American accent, "Customer service". I have asked two different times to please remove my number from their call list but they STILL keep calling and calling and calling. Looks like they know how to beat the system!

They have called me numerous times.  Each time I have asked to be put on their "Do Not Call" list.  When I ask for a supervisor, they either say that none is available or just hang up on me.  It's becoming VERY annoying!

Do not respond when I answer the phone.

Incidently, they could care less if you dont order anything.  They get paid for how many numbers they collect or call.

They will never stop calling...you can bet on that.  There is absolutely no way to turn them off. You can threaten with the FBI, you can argue about you being on the 'do not call' list, you can tell them the person died', or anything else you want to.  It wont work.   Evidently, the name who is being called, is on a world-wide call list.  It's simply called the "rxlist".  I've been told 5,000 pharmacies have access to the names and numbers, and that it is impossible for anyone to take the name off this list.  The number they somehow got on me is a work number.  It can't be changed.  The calls have been coming for 6 years now, many times a day.  There is no solution, but if someone knows one that I don't know about, please tell me.  I have a list of some of the US (so called) pharmacies who are the worst perpetrators in calling, for what it's worth.  I guess what one post suggested is the best recourse.  'Call them and tie them up as long as possible.'  However, they will just change numbers if that goes on enough.

Online Pharmacy will not stop calling.  Calling at work and home.

I have received several calls, but never answer

I ordered medication from apex pharacey on line to say dollars becuase I can not afford regular cost however I am not sure all the phone calls I receive to renew are worth the cost differce. Apex pharacey is on line if you want to complain about the calls that is who dispenses the medication thanks hope this helps

Keeps calling and trying to sell meds.

I have been getting these phone calls at work and on my cell phone number for YEARS, I have told them to stop calling both numbers but they continue.  I wouldn't order anything from them if they PAID me for all the harrassement.

Have received calls from this number.  We don't answer because we know it's another mideastern company trying to sell prescription drugs.  We've had these calls for months, it seems they change their phone number every few weeks.  We've reported all of these numbers to the FCC, but it doesn't seem to help.

Today was another new number!  The caller ID displayed "Unavailable" from 305-592-7800.  We Googled the number and it's registered to Encircle/Insta-Check in Miami.  The message on our machine was from a "Jim" who asked us to call 800-673-0007 and left us a File # to reference when we called.  Well, since we had looked up the company, and thinking this was a legitimate business call, we phoned the 800# and it was the same old crap - a man with a mideastern accent trying to sell prescription drugs.   Why doesn't the FCC come down on these people for transmitting false information over phone lines?
