hey...i also got 13 messages on my voice mail.i heard to those mails yesterday.all the mails were from some one called Mr David Smith.really hard to understand and i could recognize him as a fool indian voice.totally Scam scam scam....

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING HARRASSING ME ABOUT AN UNSECURED LOAN THAT WAS NOT REPAYED. NOT TRUE BECAUSE THEY NEVER DEPOSITED MONEY LIKE THEY SAID. THE GUY HAS A HEAVY ACCENT AND I S VERY DEMANDING. JUST VERY TIRED OF THE CALLS AND CANT GET ANY HELP TO STOP THEM.

They are not calling from the Supreme Court of California. (646) 727-9353 is a New York number. It is very easy to look up the number for courts and despite the fact that the caller ID lists it as a California number, there is no way a legitimate call from a court system is going to have you call a different state.

Yeah I also got the message from this number regarding unsecured loan. They are calling on behalf of Government.

I have received these calls from Officer David Smith with the Dept. of Law about an urgent business matter. He continually calls over and over again insisting I talk with them about this matter. He claims a company deposited money in my account and i never re-payed this amount. I have contacted local authorities and they have contacted Mr. Smith and the calls slow down but eventually out of blue he starts calling again. He is very adamant that i pay this amount to him with my personal information. The local authorities informed me this is a scam but there is nothing they can do because there has been no money taken from me. I was told to just take the calls.

This person with a heavy accent is calling looking for information, trying to intimidate me, said he was investigating officer Smith, but is very hard to understand, East Indian type accent. This went on last year for quite a while, things were dormant until yesterday, they left a message on my home number. Niece things someone got information from a past auto loan as they are requesting information on her family. Anyone know what can be done with these people?
