I assume its Facebook or a music app company. I had a friend try to download a music app on my phone, however to do so I needed a Facebook account. I don't have Facebook nor did I want one so he tried to create a new account with the name Jerome, neither of our names are Jerome. Well this number above text me "Hello Jerome!!!" I suspect it's FB and/or that music app co. I just forgot what it was called, I never used it. But since then ive been recieving random texts addressed to 'Jerome'.
