My 67 year old mother got the same call today. He said he was an arbitrator and she would be arrested if she didnt pay $1000 in an hour. I told her do not call him back or answer anymore calls from him. I will deal with him when I get out of work!

This number called my family in Ohio (i live in alabama) looking for me. I finally got the number and called them he said I was gonna have a felony out for me if I didnt pay some payday loan place $1000. I never even heard of this place. He said his name was David Mayne

Got a call from them today too, was from an internet payday loan I did take out but 3years ago, I'm just not going to pay it and see what happens.

Called and said was a law firm and said I owed on a payday loan. From a bank that I never used (first union) and a company never recieved a payday loan from (Sonic payday loan). I asked them were there compnay is located and told me he is not allowed to disclose that information. Said his name was Micheal Young.
