646-757-1809 received a call from the number from Kristina White, a clear Indian Accent, the women got confused when questioned if she was calling from India.  She became confused, and asked how did I know.  I am sure FBI doesn't want to do anything about it as they already went through a drama with the State Department by arresting their idiot diplomat attempting to keep her maid in the U.S. illegally.

Same here. heavily accented guy claiming that there is a federal crime. What an a**!! being an Indian myself I called him on his bluff and putting some God's fear and Uncle Sam's fear in him. Not that it will help!! Irritating thing is just 2 weeks ago, another lady from another number claimed that there is serious tax fraud and police are on their way to arrest me that very same day. I called the IRS related number and complained about her myself. This never ends!! Not sure how to get rid of these calls.

Similar scam. Asked for a contact number and address along with badge number. Guy hung up lol

Got a call this morning from who claimed himself officer Brandon Taylor to arrest me not responding back to IRS letters. He has a very heavy accent. After a few minutes talking what he saying does not make sense. This number needed to report.

Same John Lopez called me with similar kind of message and he also mentioned that city police will be coming for me with a warrant.

was told i would be arrested in one hour ....  18 hours gone by , still a free man

My daughter got a call yesterday saying that i am in trouble and i had to call this number .... I called back and they said i owed money to the IRS from 2010 2011 , they said we will solve this problem by taken my debit or cc card for the amount of $2100.00 ... I said NO ...  i asked for my address he could not give me my apt number ..... He then said a arrest warrant has been issued for me on my name to be arrested on sight ..... got me a little scared but then found out its all a scam

This man called from this number and from 202 754 8075 . My daughter picked up and they told her that they need to speak to me cause i am in trouble with the IRS .... I called back and the guy talked very aggressive and said i owed $2100.00 for my taxes in 2010 2011 ..... I said i will call my accountant , he said no dont call other wise you will be buying yourself trouble ..... I said send me a letter in the mail , he gave me my address but could not give me my apt # ..... H said if you dont pay a arrest warrant will be issued .... I wont be able to leave the country  ...

I got a similar call today (646-757-1809) some lady name Laura. She mention there is some IRS related investigation and her unit is Federal crime unit of IRS. I asked her to give me her employee ID and her supervisor's name and I will call back and listen to crime against me. She did not give me the information and mention IRS agent will come and discuss the case with you.

Same as others. Ridiculous. Left a message. I don't pick up numbers from out of my area code until I Google to see who they are.

The reason off my call is to give you a verbal notification in regards to a federal complaint against your name and your identity. Right now there are three serious legal allegations being passed on your name by the national Bureau of crime investigation Department. So before anything goes wrong and before we take any serious steps against you. I want you to give me a call back on my number which is 6467571809. I repeat 6467571809. If you don?t call me back you'll be responsible for the further legal actions will be taken against you. Thank you very much have a great day."

As people stated above . He does have an accent.

Caller left message saying they were from the federal crime unit and i should call back or get arrested.

from the National Bureau of Crime Investigation Department requires that if I do not call back I am responsible for these crimes being filed against me.  Passed to 'Jack Taylor' with only a call IRS answer....  

I've received several calls from "Brandon Taylor" regarding a federal investigation and I need to call back immediately. to void legal action. Haven't called back ... and don't plan to, after reading the posts here. Thanks

I received a call this morning from this number it was a lady and said that I owed $30,000 in taxes when clearly I don't owe anything. They said if I didn't pay it they are putting a warrant out for my arrest. Really do need to be reported.

Received a voice-mail from Laura Word or Worth that I need to call back this number for a serious Federal investigation. If I don't call her back she will be forced to send her force, so report to the nearest police station.

THIS IS A FAKE NUMMBER AND FAKE PEOPLE CALLING FOR MONEY

Same thing happened to me today (Jan. 10).  Guy by name "Sebastian Brown" with an accent from the phone number 6467571809 called. He claimed to be from IRS and that he is sending federal marshalls to arrest me. He wanted $2000 to settle the IRS back taxes case (which I kept wondering --- what back taxes). He suggested that I should go to my bank, withdraw some money and buy greendot cards and give him the numbers of those cards within an hour. Needless to say this is a scam. He kept calling me on my home and cell phone number.  The reason this scam works sometimes is because they manipulate the phone numbers using a magic jack so that on your caller id it appears to be a legitimate number.  He called from 6467571809 as well as another number.  The second number on my caller id showed it is from US Internal Revenue Service 1-800-829-1040.  So it appears legitimate.  Be careful with these crooks.

Received voice mail  from the same number, The message read that it is from "Office of Brandon Taylor from the Federal Crime and postman ...." saying ti was regarding a legal affidavit and federal charges....It goes to the extent that there will be legal proceedings against you if you do not call back immediately..."

Got 2 calls from this number. Same as others say...in my case they said, hand yourself to local PD or contact to avoid legal mess!

A son of a bi*** by name Brandon Taylor with heavy accent called and left a message saying there is a federal investigation on me and that I will be arrested if I did not call this number. Stop calling you piece of s***.

Got similar calls from this number with a "Laura Woods" and her supervisor "Officer Brad King" saying that I did not respond to IRS letters and that there was a criminal charge pending against me for bank fraud. Wanted to see if I can clear the charge by paying them right away or else legal proceedings would be started. When I asked for more info to see if it is a scam, the "Officer" tried to bully me by saying that if I thought it was a scam then I will not be laughing when the legal proceedings happen and then he cut off the call.

Got a call in the morning and asking to clear the tax pending for 2010 otherwise will get arrested, I suspect the tone and accent told him that cops are on the way to arrest him. He hung up.

Same as rest left a voice mail; He stated that me and my ex were in serious legal trouble over a financial issue... interestingly since I was divorced almost 2 decades ago there is virtually no joint financial issue...

I received a call from a woman calling herself Laura Woods from the Federal Investigation Department with an accent so thick that I could barely understand what she was saying. She said to call her back or her investigators would be at my doorstep. Creepy.

Received a call from this number. Said it was from federal crime bureau and I was in serious legal trouble. I asked for name and phone number to call back but would not provide one and hung up. Within a minute got another call from the same number. Didnot pick up. A women left a voicemail with the same message about serious trouble.

Same issue, this ugly sounding foreign wh0re who calls herself Laura Woods called, saying I am under investigation. LMAO. Last I checked, being able to speak English is a requirement of the FBI. She sounded kind of like an Arab terrorist though, so it is creepy.
