my fiance is having the same issue they wanted 202 for the red cross and then they wanted a 588 so they could release the money to him and they said it would take 2 business days and its been 2 days what have u done about this.

i got a call saying that i was approved for a 10,000 dollar grant so they told me to transfer 162.00 dollars to india but i still didnt recieve the grant so they told me to transfer 588.00 dollars and that would be for the state to state transfer but still no grant money they r claiming to be the federal reserve bank of new york
